Tема: Погода і одяг (weather and clothes ).

Мета:

навчальна: повторити тематичні одиниці й мовні зразки з теми; удосконалювати навички , читання, аудіювання; тренувати у вживанні речень в теперішньому неозначеному та тривалому часах; практикувати в усному мовленні;

виховна: виховувати бажання піклуватися про природу, любити та берегти її;

розвиваюча: розвивати навички монологічного мовлення учнів, вміння розуміти співрозмовника, розвивати швидкість та критичність мислення учнів, їх довільну пам’ять та мовну здогадку, мовленнєву реакцію, вміння переносити знання та навички в нову мовну ситуацію, розвивати творчу уяву учнів, фонематичний слух та правильну вимову.

освітня: Поглиблювати знання учнів про особливості погоди та доречність одягу в різні пори року

Обладнання: підручник, робочий зошит, ноутбук,малюнки для ребуса, картки зі звуками, тематичні малюнки , роздаткові картки для роботи в групах, презентація до уроку.

Тип уроку: комбінований

Хід уроку:

І. Організаційний момент

1. Привітання вчителя з дітьми.

Teacher: Good morning, boys and girls. Nice to meet you at our lesson today.

2. Рефлексія настрою

T: How are you? (діти запитують один одного та відповідають) P1-P2-P3-P4

- That’s nice. You’re in a good mood and we can start our lesson.

II. Уведення в іншомовну атмосферу.

1. Мотивація навчальної діяльності. Motivation

T.: Today we are going to learn a very interesting topic. First of all let guess a rebus and find out what is it! Look at the blackboard! There are 7 pictures. Name the first letters of these pictures and make up a word.

Ps: W – wind

E – egg

A – ant

T – tree

H – house

E – elephant

R – rabbit

2. Повідомлення теми та цілей уроку.

So, the topic of our lesson is «Weather and Clothes»

We will do different interesting eхercises, talk about the weather in different seasons and clothes, play games and ask and answer the questions about clothes and weather аnd practice grammar.

3. Фонетична зарядка

Teacher: Let’s remind some sounds. Look at the blackboard and repeat after me (промовляєш приклади слів зі звуками 2-3)

Teacher: And now let’s read the poem (вчитель, кожен по рядочку, хором)

The sun is shining When it is dry

And I am smiling. We are fine.

The weather is bad The weather is nice,

And I am sad. Isn’t it a surprise

III. Основна частина уроку.

1)Активізація лексичних одиниць з теми “Погода’’

a) T.: First of all, let’s revise the word expressions about weather. (слайд)

T.: Now tell me please what is the weather like today?

b)Робота в парах

Teacher: Look at the screen and work in pairs. The first pupil ask the question and the partner answer this question.

P1: Is it sunny?

P2: Yes, it is.

c)Робота з картками. Лексична гра «Торнадо».

T.: I see that you know all the words very well, so let’s play a game. You’ve got cards on your desks. Take a pen and try to find the words about weather.

T.: Now, read it, please.

(Дітям пропонується знайти слова, які змішав торнадо)

Key: rainy, cold, May, warm, autumn, summer, weather, cloud, snowy, season.

T: Now, complete the sentences with these words.

1. You must wear a raincoat in a_____________ ________________.

2. Rain comes from the ________________ .

2).Активізація лексичних одиниць з теми ‘Oдяг’

Т: As the Englishmen say – there is no bad weather – there are bad clothes.

Clothes are very important in our lives. So let’s revise the names of the clothes.

Look and say .What is it? (Presentation “Clothes”)

T: We’ve learnt a lot of words to the topic “Weather and Clothes”. Your task is to sort out the word-combinations into two groups “Weather” and “Clothes”.

(Кожен учень отримує картку з ситуацією, підбирає відповідний одяг, приклеює його на аркуш паперу і озвучує свій вибір)

4. Читання.

Read the text of exercise 2 on page 155

- Pre-Reading

Mind the meaning of the words. Vocabulary box, p. 155.

- Reading (one by one, in chain)

- Post-reading.

Say if it is true or false.

Read the statements and name the person who will answer.

1. Jasmine gets up at 10 o’clock.

2. She is in a hurry.

3. She combs her hair and brush her teeth.

4. She puts on her black T-shirt and a skirt.

5. The weather is wonderful.

6. She goes back and changes her clothes.

7. She puts on a sweater and shorts.

8. She can’t find her umbrella.

9. Jasmine is in a hurry .

2. Grammar Revision: .

T: We’ve learnt the Present Simple, the Present Continuous tenses .

Now we will revise these tenses, let’s play the game “What tense is it?” I’ll read you the sentences and you’ll say what tense is it.

The winner of the game is the pupil who will guess more true sentences.

It often rains in autumn. It is snowing now. It never snows in Africa. It usually rains in October. It usually rains in winter in England. It is snowing but it isn’t cold. It is raining heavily outside. She usually wears boots in winter. He is holding an umbrella now. Boys often wear a tracksuit.

6.Фізкультхвилинка “ Simon says....”

7.Розвиток навичок письма.

T: Now I want you to describe the pictures using the Present Continuous Tense.

. We have 3 pictures. What are these people wearing? • What is this girl wearing? – She is wearing a red dress and black shoes. • What are these men wearing? – They are wearing white shirts, black suits and black ties. • What is this boy wearing? – He is wearing a yellow T-shirt and blue jeans

Play the guessing game in a group.

T: Say what one of your classmates is wearing at the moment. Let the other pupils guess who she / he is.

Pupils: He/she is wearing ….

T: Look at the screen and help this girl and boy get dressed (Presentation)
