Конспект уроку

Тема уроку: «Відпочинок та дозвілля»?/  “Leisure and leisure activities”                                                                                                              Підтема: «Гра «Світові факти»/ “Game “World Facts”

Мета уроку:

- у ігровій формі закріпити з учнями вивчений мовний матеріал попереднього уроку (Comparatives and Superlatives);                                                                                                                                                                 - ознайомити їх з новими ЛО по темі уроку та навчити використовувати їх у мовленні;                             - - продовжити формувати в учнів вміння практичного застосування знань, умінь та навичок в чотирьох видах мовної діяльності (сприйнятті мови на слух, говорінні, читанні та письмі);                                                             -  сприяти формуванню інтересу до англомовної дитячої пісенної культури та розвитку  пізнавальних процесів у учнів, таких як сприйняття, пам'ять, увага, уява, творче та критичне мислення, широта світогляду;                                                                                                                                                                          - виховувати інтерес до вивчення англійської мови та всесвітньо відомих фактів, сприяти їх духовному вихованню і формуванню естетичного смаку.

Обладнання: Підручник Оксани Карп’юк “English 4”  та підручник H.Q. Mitchel, S. Parker “ZOOM IN Special 4”, аудіо додатки до підручників, зошити, інтерактивна дошка, ноутбук, тематичні та ситуативні малюнки, музична фізкультхвилинка “Head and Shoulders”, мультимедійна презентація “GameWorld Facts”, дидактичні ігри “True or false”,   “Who is quickest?”, “World Facts” та Quiz                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

Тип уроку: комбінований мовний

Очікувані результати                                                                                                                                                                            Під кінець уроку учні вмітимуть:                                                                                                                                                            - виконувати короткі, нескладні за мелодійним малюнком пісні (для фонетичної та мовленнєвої зарядки, розвитку мовних навичок і вмінь та релаксації);                                                                                                                 - застосовувати на практиці ЛО уроку та ступені порівняння прикметників;                                                                            - давати відповіді на запитання за змістом почутого та прочитаного матеріалів уроку;                                                                                                                              - розпитувати та відповідати про всесвітньо відомі факти;                                                                                                       - виконувати письмові завдання уроку.

І. Початок уроку                                                                                                                                                                    1. Оргмомент та мотивація                                                                                                                                              T.: Lets start our lesson. What day is it today? What date is it today? Are all present today? Who is absent today?                                                                                                                                                                                The theme of our today’s lesson is “World Facts”. It will be a lesson when we play different games and fulfill various interesting activities. While doing them, we brush up Comparatives and Superlatives, train the words, we know, and learn some new words on the topic of our lesson. You’ll develop your skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English and widen your outlook.                                                                                                                                                                                          

2. Мовленнєва зарядка. Song “I am playing a team game(Ex.5 p. 59)                                                                           a) Listening, singing and miming the song                                                                                                                         T.: Open your textbooks on page 59. Listen, sing and mime the song of ex. 5                                                         

b) Discussion. Questions to the song:                                                                                                                                                                                     1) What is this song about?                                                                                                                                                          2) Do you like playing a team game?                                                                                                                  3) Do you like watching a TV?                                                                                                                                                  4) Do you like acting in a school show?                                                                                                                  5) Do you like climbing a green tree?                                                                                                                               6) And what is your favourite game (leisure activity)?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

ІІ. Основна частина уроку                                                                                                                                                    2.1. Перевірка домашнього завдання та повторення. Game “True or false”                                                                                                                                                                                   T.:  Thus, we all enjoy games. I like games and you like games. Now I know it exactly.  Our next game is “True or false”. Have a look at the blackboard. Read the following sentences. If the sentence is true, stand up. If it is not true, stay sitting.                                                                                                                                                               A bin is bigger than a rubber.                                                                                                                                                 A bag is smaller than a pencil case.                                                                                                                                              Your dad is older than your grandpa.                                                                                                                                An ant is fatter than an elephant.                                                                                                                                                             T.: Well done! Good job!

 2.2. Опрацювання матеріалу уроку. Listening to comic strips                                                                                                                              Pre-listening Activity                                                                                                                                                                   T.: Open your ZOOM IN Books on page 32. Have a look at the strips of the comics. (Ex. 1 p. 32)                             Can you guess:                                                                                                                                                                              1) What is the girl holding in picture 1?                                                                                                               2) What the boy and girl are doing in picture 2.                                                                                                                                                                3) Are they making a jigsaw puzzle?                                                                                                                                               4) Do you like to play jigsaw games? Why?                                                                                                                                 

While- listening Activity                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         T.: Some more questions which you will answer after doing this exercise:                                                                        - How many questions does the girl answer correctly? .                                                                                                                                                                                                           - How did you know which answers were correct?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     So, look, listen and find the answer.  (The pupils are listening to the tape. After listening they answer the abovementioned questions).
