Урок з англійської мови "Подорож у часі"

Тема. Time travel (Подорож у часі).

Мета: активізувати вивчений лексичний матеріал за темою “Минулі події”, повторити граматичний матеріал (Past Simple);

           розвивати логічне мислення, слухову пам’ять, пізнавальний інтерес учнів, навички колективної роботи;

           виховувати організованість, культуру спілкування та усвідомлення важливості часу і минулих подій у житті кожної людини.

Тип уроку: урок комплексного використання знань, умінь та навичок.

Методи і методичні прийоми: словесні (бесіда), наочні (ілюстрації до теми), практичні (вправи).

ФОПД: фронтальна, індивідуально-відокремлена, колективна, групова.

Обладнання: аудіододаток до підручника з англійської мови mp3, мультимедійний пристрій, робочий зошит, наочність, канцелярське приладдя, таблиця для самооцінювання.

Хід уроку

1. Організаційний етап.

Привітання. Налаштування учнів на доброзичливу обстановку в класі.   

T: Good morning, pupils! I’m glad to see you!

Ps: Good morning, teacher! Nice to see you, too!

T: Today we have an unusual lesson because we have our guests.

Turn around and say “Good morning, teachers!”

Ps: Good morning, teachers!

T: Ok, take your seats. Who is on duty today?

P1: I am on duty today.

T: Who is absent today?

P1: … is (are) absent today.

T: Thanks! Let’s begin our lesson!

T: What day is it today?

P: Today is Wednesday, the fifteenth of March.

II. Перевірка домашнього завдання.

T.: Your hometask for today was to do Ex.2, 3 p. 69 in Workbooks (1-9 p.). Make an association with the word “Past simple” (if you wish to get 10-12 points). Let’s check it.

2. Мотивація.

T.: Why did we learn Past Simple?

P.: Because there were different events with us in the past. We could describe past memories that have left a good imprint in our hearts.

T.: How could we use the knowledge of past time in our life?

P.: We could share information with friends and family about the past summer, the autumn holidays which have passed.

T.: Do you remember what did you do last summer? What mood were you?

P.: Yes, we did. We were cheerful and happy.

T.: So, on this lesson we’ll learn to ask each other where they were and practise to use regular and irregular verbs in the past tense. Let’s try to stretch our tongue.

Listen and repeat altogether the following phonetic exercise.

V. Первинне закріплення знань.

T.: Our lesson is an unusual, that’s why assessment is an unusual too. There are a lot of cups on the desks, but they are empty. Filling of the cup depends on you. All earned you points - stones, you should make up to their own cups. At the end of the lesson we will count your stones.

Game “Three hats” (1 point).

Учні об’єднуються по 5 осіб. У капелюхах знаходяться репліки - діалоги. Потрібно самостійно скласти частини діалогу і прочитати їх. Якщо ваша команда склала діалог у правильному порядку, то кожен представник отримує за роботу у команді по одному балу.

1 бал = 1 камінець.

Речення катались у морі на човнах й загубили слова. Оберіть правильне за змістом слово з дужок і підкресліть його, щоб допомогти реченням стати повними.

Дієслова розгубилися і не знають, правильні вони чи ні. Прочитайте і заповніть табличку, щоб їм допомогти.

Учні утворюють коло, перед кожним лежить картка текстом донизу. У колі лежить барабан зі стрілкою. Вона розкручується, а коли зупиниться, двоє учнів піднімають свої картки  і читають свої слова. Хто без помилок прочитає і перекладе слово, той отримує один бал.

VII. Підведення підсумків, рефлексія.

T.: What did we speak about at the lesson today? What games did we play? What text did you read? What ex. did you like the most? What did you get mark for the lesson? Evaluate yourself and count stones in your cups of  knowledge. Are there any stones in your cups? Who has 1 or 3 stones? Who has 4 or 6 stones? Who has 7 or 9 stones? Who has 10 or 12 stones? But, if you don’t mind, I check your work objectively and put mark. Thanks a lot. You have worked very good. You’ve seen that your cups was filled partially. So you have a lot of time to fill up the cup of knowledge.
