PROCEDURE

  1. INRTODUCTION
  1. GREETING

T: Good morning, dear children. Glad to see you in a good mood. I hope you are well, full of energy to work at our lesson. (Slide 1)

  1. WARMING-UP

T: Look at the laptop and answer and answer the question “What’s this?”, “What’s that?” (Slides 2-13)

This is a pencil.     This is a bag.

That is a pencil.     That is a car.

This is a book.     That is a ball.

That is a book.     This is a robot.

This is a board.     That is a doll.

This is a cake.

  1. PHONETIC DRILL

T: Look at the board and listen a little verse about Freddy Frog. (Addition 1, slide 14)

T: But pay attention to such sounds as [f] – frog, [ɪŋ] – having, [ð] – together, repeat after me.

Repeat after me this verse:

  • read with fun
  • we read sad
  • read only girls
  • read only boys.

 

  1. MAIN PART

T: What are they? They are frogs. How many frogs do you see? Count please. (3)

Today we will learn new words like Frog, close, window … (Slides 15-21)

T: Open your book page 32. Look at the pictures 1. What can you see? Continue sentence: I can see… (Slide 22)

T: Before we look at an interesting frog story, your job will be to find and circle new words in the text.
