Тема: Weather forecast.

Цілі: 

Практична: формувати артикуляційні навички, удосконалювати навички читання, навички діалогічного мовлення,  тренувати у вживанні нових ЛО, удосконалювати навички говоріння.

Освітня: поглибити знання учнів про погоду в різних країнах.

Розвивальна: розвивати фонематичний слух, увагу, пам'ять, мовну здогадку, культуру спілкування.

Виховна: виховувати повагу до співрозмовника, доброзичливе ставлення один до одного.

Обладнання: підручник, роздатковий матеріал.

                                             План уроку

1. Початок уроку – 5 хв.
   1.        Організаційний момент – 1 хв.
   2.        Фонетична зарядка – 1хв.
   3.        Мовленнєва зарядка – 3 хв.
2. Основна частина уроку  (30-35 хв.)
   1.        Перевірка домашнього завдання – 10 хв.
      1. Переказ тексту напам’ять – 10 хв.
   2.        Практика мовленнєвої діяльності
      1. Робота з текстами для читання. (впр. 2 с.147) – 12 хв.

В) Виконання завдання на розуміння тексту  - 2 хв.

1.     Початок уроку.
   1.        Організаційний момент

Т: Good morning, pupils.  I’m very glad to see you. How are you?

P: Good morning, teacher! We are fine!

T: Sit down, please! What is the weather like today?

P: It is… (frosty, chilly etc.)

T: Today we will continue to study our unit ‘Weather”. Also you will do many exercises, practice your writing, reading and mostly speaking skills. And you will practice your dialogue skills. Let’s start our lesson.

2.        Фонетична зарядка (слайд 1)

Let’s train our pronunciation a little bit. Repeat all together.

[ w], [ w], [ w],

[ð]. [ð]. [ð].

 Repeat after me line by line. Pronounce all the sounds correctly!

When the weather is wet [ wen ði: ‘wɛðə iz wet]

We must not fret [ wi mʌst nɒt fret]

When the weather is cold [wen  ði: ‘wɛðə iz kəʊld]

We must not scold. [wi mʌst nɒt skəʊld]

But be thankful together [bʌt bi  ‘θaŋkfʊl tə’ɡɛðə]

Now, let’s play a game! I will tell you the wrong sentence according to the text that you retold at the last lesson. You should correct me and say the correct sentence according to the text you retold.

6. We decorate Christmas Tree with candies and candles.
7. Children like to play football and volleyball in winter.

Speak about the day during your last holiday. Use the questions below.

• What was the weather like?
• What were other people doing?
• What was your favourite activity?

Firstly let’s get acquainted with the names of the cities that you will meet in the exercise 2, p. 147. Please, repeat them after me, write down them into your vocabularies.

2.2.2 Практика діалогічного мовлення

А) Семантизація нових ЛО на с.148, ознайомлення з фонетичною, графічною формою.

So, let’s get acquainted with the new words on page 148. Repeat them after me.

Write down them into your vocabularies with translation.

Make up sentences with these new words. Do it orally. Say line by line.

Now children, let’s read the dialogue in pairs.

В) Розігрування діалогу в особах.

So, Liza, Sonya, Yan and Dennis act out the dialogue, please. Others be ready to act it for the next lesson.

Children, let’s remember the names of countries that you will meet in exercise 4, p 151. Repeat after me, please and write down them to your vocabularies.
