Мета уроку: вдосконалення граматичних навичок та письма , розширювати кругозір , формувати вміння працювати в команді та в парах допомагаючи один одному, сприяти повторенню та активізації лексичних та граматичних структур , 2 nd Conditionals (умовні речення 2 типу) .

Задачі:

Освітні : формувати культуру мовлення,розширювати кругозір здобувачів освіти, навчати мовленнєвої взаємодії по комунікації в парах, учити застосовувати отримані знання в конкретній ситуації .

Розвиваючі: розвивати навички вживання умовних речень 2 типу, усного та писемного мовлення ,читання та аудіювання , розвивати активність,увагу,логічне мислення,розввати пізнавальний інтерес учнів.

Виховні: мотивувати та підтримувати до вивчення іноземної мови, толерантно та шанобливо ставитись до іншої культури , виховувати зацікавленість у розширенні своїх знань щодо кулінарних традицій світу,

Тип уроку: застосування умінь,знань та навичок.

Обладнання:підручник, картки із завданнями , додатковий матеріал , зошит .

I Introduction

1 Greetings

T. Good morning. I’m glad to see you . How are you today? I think you’re well. Let’s begin our lesson. .” So, today we are going to talk about cooking, and about Ukrainian and British cuisine, learn how to cook some dishes, and repeat the use of conditional sentences .

2 Warm-up

Make up more words

T. Ask students to make up more words from the letter of the word.

Horseradish

(red, radio, hi, horse , dish , heads ,dear, air ,hair , era, his , radish , sarise, hid, dash ) ect.

Main part

1 Work in pairs. Take turns asking and answering the questions.

Have you ever tried English tea?

Have you ever tried Chine food?

What do you know about British food and traditional dishes ?

What do you know about Ukrainian food and traditional dishes ?

What do you get if you order traditional breakfast?

Now I would like to check the knowledge of vocabulary items already learned. Find and correct mistakes, translate and make up your own sentences with these words. I need two students to do this task.

T. One English proverb says: One man’s meat is another man’s poison. Discuss it .

There is a wide range of nutritious foods in the world . However, eating habits differ from country to country . In some societies certain foods are taboo. All the foods are popular in some parts of the world but are not eaten in others.

5 Mind Map

What Ukrainian dishes do you know?(borsch,varenyky,salo,kholodets,holubtsi,deruny,ect.)

What British dishes do you know?(fish and chips, apple pie, stewed beef and pork, roast dinner, Stir-fry , Sticky toffee pudding ect.).

6 Write down recipes.

1 cup of chopped fresh beetroot

1 cup of chopped fresh carrots

2 cups of green beans

6 medium potatoes cubed

1 kilo of chopped cabbage

½ cup of chopped onions

½ tablespoon oil and flour cream
