M. Tongue Twister

Tongue Twisters  it is a phrase or sentence which is hard to speak fast, usually because of alliteration or a sequence of nearly similar sounds. It helps develop speech skills & helps in speech therapy.

To get the full effect of a tongue twister you should try to repeat it several times, as quickly as possible, without stumbling or mispronouncing.

Мета заходу:

1. формувати фонетичні компетенці. учнів середньої ланки засобом автентичних скоромовок;
2. урізноманітнити навчальну діяльність учнів, збагатити їх лінгвістичний світогляд, розвити їхню соціокультурну компетенцію;
3. вдосконалити навички  роботи у групах.

Учасники:

• Contest Judge (2 учня)
• Assistant
• Team players
• Team captain

Умови конкурсу:

• У конкурсі беруть участь 2 команди з 5 учнів.
• Команда обирає назву

Talkative (Smart) parrots

                    Mr. Tongue Twister

(Miss Tongue Twister)

• Гравці змагаються за перемогу.
• Судді підраховують бали.
• Головний суддя вирішує складні питання.
• Асистенти надають допомогу учасникам конкурсу.

Завдання:

1. Учасник кожної команди промовляє однакову скоромовку.(кожна правильна відповідь 1 бал)
2. Конкурс капітанів (капітани команд промовляють однакові короткі скоромовки і  один бал отримує  один капітан за кращу вимив)
3.      Змагаються один з членів команди (обирає капітан команди) Учасник отримує для команди бали. Він має право консультації з асистентом або командою (1звукова вимова 2 самостійність 3 темп)
4.      Фінальне завдання (учасники команд по одному вимовляють однакову скоромовку. Кращий гравець отримує 1 бал і залишається з командою Той, хто програє залишає команду, отримавши 0 балів . Завдання виконується до останнього гравця.

Судді підраховують бали та оголошують переможця!
