Тема уроку  : «Харчові звички . Меню. Приготування страв за рецептами.»

Мета уроку: активно вживати вивчені ЛО під час бесіди , вдосконалювати навички  аудіювавння , розширювати кругозір , формувати вміння працювати в команді та в парах   допомагаючи один одному, сприяти повторенню та активізації граматичних структур.

 Задачі:

Освітні : формувати культуру мовлення,розширювати кругозір здобувачів освіти, навчати мовленнєвої взаємодії  по комунікації в парах , учити застосовувати отримані знання в конкретній ситуації .

Розвиваючі: розвивати навички  усного та писемного мовлення ,читання та аудіювання , розвивати активність,увагу,логічне мислення.

Виховні: мотивувати  та підтримувати до вивчення іноземної мови, толерантно та шанобливо ставитись до  іншої культури , виховувати зацікавленість у розширенні своїх знань щодо кулінарних традицій світу,

Тип уроку: застосування  умінь,знань та навичок.

Обладнання:підручник, картки із завданнями , картки з новими ЛО, додатковий матеріал , зошит .

Procedure

I Introduction

1 Greetings  

T. Good morning. I’m glad to see you . How are you today?   I think you’re well. I hope we’ll have a wonderful time together. Let’s begin our lesson.  .”  So, today we are going to talk about Ukrainian and British cuisine, learn how to cook some dishes, and practice Conditional sentences.

 2Warm-up

Sort out the Words

T. Ask students  to sort out the word  according to the part of the   speech .

Food ,soup, fry, tasty, small, cut , ham, fresh, rich, add, onion, mix, cook, serve .

Work in pairs.

Ask each other about traditional dishes in your families and your favourite once.

1 Listening

A  Pre-listening

 Do the questionnaire in pair. Ex.2 p.97

What is your  favourite dish ?

B   Listening

Listen  to the radio programme  and say what ingredients a pancake consist of.

 Be attentive while listening  and get ready to do the tasks. After listening your task will be   give instruction  about cooking pancakes to a partner.

  Say if the statement below are true or false.

3 You need  4 eggs and 400 ml. of milk.

4 Mix lemon with flour and slowly mix with milk and oil.

4  Reading

Now open your books at p.98. Read and translate.

4 Divide into  3  groups and  choose one of the three reciples  and  read your recipe .Then act out how you had  cook the dish you read about .

5 Grammar practice

Now try to cook  rise soup. Use the structure on the board to say what you would add to it.

What kind of sentence is it? What other types of conditionals do you know?

Write down 5 sentences using the 2^nd   conditionals .

6 Summarizing

Our lesson is coming to the end and it’s time that you made some conclusions. Look at the board, there are the beginnings of the sentences. Continue the sentences.
