на тему: Рецепти з кулінарної книги

(7 клас)

Мета:  

*Освітня: повторити лексику теми, познайомити з новими словами, практикувати учнів у монологічному й діалогічному мовленні; удосконалювати навички аудіювання; розвивати навички перекладу, закріпити на вправах граматичні структури та правила.

*Виховна: виховувати культуру спілкування, прищеплювати прагнення до саморозвитку, використовувати здобуті знання як засіб інтелектуального самоствердження.

Тип уроку: комбінований

Форма проведення: презентація

Обладнання: тематичні картки, кошик з продуктами харчування, роздатковий матеріал, друкована клавіатура, дошка, презентація, ноутбук.

 

Хід уроку

І. ПІДГОТОВКА ДО СПРИЙНЯТТЯ ІНШОМОВНОГО МОВЛЕННЯ:

I)Організаційний момент.

Організація класу. Привітання. Введення у іншомовну атмосферу.

Good afternoon, dear pupils.  Good afternoon, dear guests. Welcome to our lesson. The weather today is very good, is not it?And what about you? What weather do you have on your hearts? I know how to make it better. We continue learning the tastiest topic - “Food”. So imagine your favourite food, how it taste,  what a pleasure you have eating it… And let’s start our lesson!

I hope you will be work hardly and your marks be very good. Today we work with the electric and the computer that’s why you should be very attentive and remember about your safety.

2) Мовна розминка.

а) «Споживчий кошик»- Food basket. Учні називають продукти (англійською мовою), які вчитель кладе в кошик.

I have a basket. Let’s stuff it.

  б) Робота з тематичними картками. Вчитель показує картки, учні читають і перекладають ( на українську мову) назви продуктів.

Look at the cards, please. Read the words and translate them.

Fish      Milk      Food      Banana         Tea           Fruit         Mushroom    

  Bread   Meat     Cake      Cucumber    Tomato   Chicken     Cheese 

3) «Лексична пастка» - Lexical trap. Учні намагаються знайти картки з назвами продуктів, які знадобляться, щоб «попити» чаю.

I want to drink tea. What food would you like for tea? Choose, please.

4) Гра «Найрозумніший» - Brainiest. (Діти описують малюнки англійською мовою, зображені на мультимедійному стенді, можна показувати жестами.Один з учнів намагається здогадатися-що це).

You have to describe this food.You can show to use your hand.

 

II. ОСНОВНА ЧАСТИНА УРОКУ.

Мотивація навчальної діяльності учнів.

 

 1)Повідомлення теми та мети уроку. «Комп’ютерний вірус» - Computer virus.

«АЩЩВ ШТ ЩГК ДШАУ.»

I have a little problem. I wanted to print the topic of our lesson on the computer but forgot to change the alphabet from Ukrainian to English. Can you rewrite it?

Oh yes, you are right. So, my dear cooks, let’s get to know how we prepare food.Today we shall be recite words from the topic Food and  review countable and uncountable nouns.

2)Формування навичок вживання лексики. «Великий комбінатор» - Big contriver. Закінчити  речення за змістом.

Finish the sentences.

• Rabbit likes to eat …
• We eat soup with …
• Little mouse likes …
• Tiger would like to eat …
• We drink coffee with …
• Children drink tea with … and …

 

3) «Рекламний ролик» - Аdvertisement clip.

 а) Формування навичок монологічного та діалогічного мовлення. Презентація на  мультимедійному стенді - реклама продуктів в найближчих супермаркетах (дом. завдання).

б) Робота у групах.

Group 1. Listen the advertisement and find unhealthy food at the ATB and Fresh.

Group 2. Find in the advertisement things we can not eat. They are not food.

 Після прослуховування реклами:

Group 1. What unhealthy food have you heard in the advertisement? Read aloud, please. (Coffe, cakes, sugar).

Group 2. What goods have you heard in the advertisement? Name them. (Shoes, electronics, clothes, books).

 

4)Навчання граматики.  Grammar revision. Робота з підручником.

 а) Пояснення  вчителя.

Let’s take grammar revision. We have countable and uncountable nouns in English. We choose countable nouns when we can count things. For example: 1 apple, 2 apples…And we choose uncountable nouns when we can not count things. For example: water, salt.

б) Робота на дошці.

   Ex.1 p.38. Find  countable and uncountable nouns.

 

5) Хвилинка відпочинку – Let’s have a rest.

Створення здоров’єзбережного освітнього простору, засобами релаксаційної вправи.

I can see you are tired. Let’s have a rest.

 

6) Введення нових лексичних одиниць.

а) Запропонувати учням послухати нові слова та повторити за вчителем.  Слова на мультимедійному стенді та на партах учнів.

б) Робота з словником. Слова синоніми.

What is the difference between “chop” and “slice”? Open your vocabulary and find the difference between the synonyms?

 

7) Гра «Пазл» -  Рuzzle–game. Запропонувати учням поєднати слова з таблиці дієслів та з таблиці  їжа на мультимедійному стенді.

8)Аудіювання тексту, тестова робота- перевірка розуміння почутого:

 

a) Listening: You are going to listen a text, but before that let`s remember some words.

• To be hungry – бути голодним
• To be thirsty – хотіти пити
• Burger – бутерброд

 

а) Слухання тексту:

                                                    Lunch at School.

Twelve o`clock is the time for lunch in our school. Children are running to the school cafe. They are thirsty and very hungry. Today they have some potatoes and some fish, a glass of tea and some biscuits for their lunch. There are also different kinds of burgers, pizzas and salads. Pupils can buy bottles of water, cans of lemonade or cartons of juice. My friend Pete likes to buy a bar of chocolate or a box of sweets. We like to have lunch at school.

б) Discussion:

What is this text about?

Where do children have their lunch?

Are they thirsty and hungry?

What can they eat at the school cafe?

What can they drink there?

в) Тестове завдання - Testing-Street.

 Checking of understanding: Now let`s see how you understand  the text. Do the test:

1. A lot of people eat fast food almost every day because they find it very tasty. Sandwiches and chips contain a lot of fat and salt. People shouldn’t eat fast food very often as this is bad for their health.
2. Take the potatoes and onion.Peel and chop them. Then you need frying them about 15 minutes. Add the eggs with salt and frying well. A Spanish Omelette is ready.
3. After the third lesson children run to the  school canteen. They have their breakfast there. They usually have some potatoes, sausage or fish, bread and butter, a cup of tea for their breakfast. Food is very tasty.
4. Only this supermarket we can buy fresh and tasty food. You can find even electronic, computers, clothes, toys and others goods. Welcome to the supermarket.You will be pleasure.

 

 

10 ) Резервні вправи.

1. «Лексичний конструктор» - Lexical design.

 Rеаd the recipe. Fill in the gaps with the words from the box. Guess what recipe it is.

(add, boil, cut, get, mash, peel, put, take, wash, add)
