Підсумковий урок з теми «Travelling».

Тема: Подорожі у нашому житті.

Мета уроку:

Практична: контроль мовленнєвих навичок з теми «Подорож», продовжувати вдосконалювати лексико-граматичні навички читання, говоріння з теми уроку;  повторити граматичний матеріал: модальне дієслово should;

Розвиваюча: розвивати мислення, пам'ять, самостійність, вдосконалювати навички зв’язного мовлення, розвивати інтелект, стимулювати розвиток пізнавальної активності.

Виховна:  виховувати бажання до набуття знань та практичного їх застосування на уроках іноземної мови, почуття гідності, прищеплювати почуття відповідальності.

Тип уроку. Урок узагальнення та систематизації отриманих знань.

Обладнання:  тест для аудіювання, мультимедійна презентація, малюнки, пісня «Оver the mountains»

As we have already learned new words you will be able to use them. Today we’re having unusual lesson, during the lesson we are going  to travel by train.  We have guest at our lesson. This is Tomas. We are travelling on the Phonetic Station, Lexical Station, Musical Station, Grammar Station and Speaking Station. During our lesson we’ll review our vocabulary, listen to the song, watch a presentation, make and act our dialogues.

So, let’s start our lesson.

P1: Hello! My name is Marina. I am 11 years old. I like to travel a lot. When I am on holidays I try to visit places I have never been before. Today I am going to London.

 

P2: Hi! I am Dasha. I am a pupil and I like travelling very much too. Two years ago I had my first trip abroad. My parents and I went to Egypt. It was so exciting and interesting. Today I want to fly to London.

 

P3: Hello! My name is Sasha.  I am 11 years old. When I am on holidays, time always flies so quickly. So I usually have a trip on my holidays. Today I am going to London.

 

T: Good children. So, now you know that children are going to London by plane.

 

 

Fun Station

 

Next our station is fun station. Do you like to make puzzles? So,  we   are going to create and complete the dialogue. Let’s divide  into two groups. Every team has some pieces of picture, you have to make puzzles and according to the picture we can see the dialogue on the reverse side. Act out similar dialogues.

 

At the airport

Passport official: Good morning. Can I see your passport?
Passenger: Here you are.
Passport official: Thank you very much. Are you a tourist or on business?
Passenger: I'm a tourist.
Passport official: That's fine. Have a pleasant stay.
Passenger: Thank you.

 

 

 

 

At the railway station

 

- I want a ticket to Glasgow, second-class, please,

- Return, please.

- Sixty-five pounds, please. Five pounds change, thank you.

T: It's time to say goodbye to Thomas, at the last  let's give advice to everyone who wants to travel. I give you some pieces of paper and you write some advice on it.

If you want to travel abroad, you should book a ticket beforehand.

If you want to travel, you should take necessary things.

If you want to have good memories, you should take photos.

If you want to enjoy the nature, you should travel when the weather is fine.)
