Тип уроку:  комбінований

Мета: повторити й активізувати лексику з теми; розвивати вміння читати; формувати навички аудіювання та діалогічного мовлення; повторити вживання злічуваних і не злічуваних іменників, виховування усвідомлення важливості дотримання принципів правильного харчування.

Очікувані результати: на кінець уроку учні зможуть розповідати про свої улюблені страви; ставити та відповідати на запитання з теми; навчаться розрізняти злічувані і не злі чувані іменники, розширять свої знання з теми.

Обладнання: зошит, підручник, картки

                                      Хід уроку

І. Підготовка до сприйняття іншомовного мовлення.

1. Greeting.  Привітання.

T. Good morning, boys and girls.

Ps.  Good morning.

T. How are you today?

Ps. Fine. Thank you.

2. Aim: Повідомлення теми та мети уроку(1 хв.).

T. Today we will continue our talk about food, and discuss what food is good for us. Besides we will watch a video about Lunch and make up mini-dialogues about our favourite food,

3. Warming up. Введення в іншомовну атмосферу.

T: Complete the poem

PLEASE, FOOD, PEA, HAM

What would you like for breakfast time?

Would you like to drink some tea?

Or maybe eat some garden ________?

Would you like to have some jam?

Or a hamburger with _________?

Would you like to eat some cheese?

I`d like to ask you, _______

You should eat a lot of fruit

And avoid unhealthy __________.

T: Nice of you, did you like the poem? Tell me please,_____ what do you usually eat for breakfast?

II. Основна частина уроку.

1. Checking the homework.

2. Speaking.  Do ex. 1, p.60 Work in pairs. Take turns to ask and answer the questions in the table. Add
   information.
3.   Reading. Do ex. 3, p. 61. Read and say what children usually have for breakfast on a typical day.

4. Post-reading activity/Speaking. Do ex.4, p.61 Look through the dialogue of Ex. 2 and say who:

T: Good job, we know what usually people have for breakfast. And what about lunch/ I want you to watch a cartoon Peppa Pig and correct the sentences according to the cartoon.

5. Listening. T: Watch the video about Peppa the Pig and do the task.

Correct the mistake in the sentences.

1. Peppa and her family visit their friends.

2. Peppa and her brother Jorge gather fruit.

3. Jorge likes tomatoes the most.

4. Grandpa Pig doesn’t have lettuce.

5.  Grandma doesn’t wash the vegetables.

6. Granny Pig made soup for lunch.

7. Jorge ate all the vegetables.

8. Grandpa Pig made a dinosaur from the vegetables.

9.  Jorge ate all the salad and asked more.

10. Peppa ate banana cake.

6. Speaking T: We have already watch the video about lunch, now lets practice little dialogues about what you like and what don’t like to eat. Look at the monitor and repeat after them. Then try to make  dialogues by yourself.

7. Grammar lab. Writing. T: Listen to me very attentively. Tell me, please, what does it mean – Adjective ( give the examples), and what does it mean Adverbs (give the example.) There are some Verbs related to the sense (such as to feel, to hear, to smell, to look, to see, to taste, to sound) After these verbs we should use adjectives but not the adverbs. Let`s do the ex.5 on page 62 and try to understand this rule.

1. Summarizing .  Т: We did a lot of work to do. Well done, I am proud of you. Now let’s  answer some questions. Try to guess what kind of food is this.

2. Homework. Ex. 6, p.62 (письмово) дати відповіді на запитання і написати про те, що ти їси протягом дня.
