Тема: Від міста до міста. Вищій ступінь прикметників.
Цілі: поглибити знання учнів про граматичне явище прикметник; удосконалювати навички вживання прикметників (звичайного та вищого ступенів); практикувати учнів у вживанні ЛО з теми «Від міста до міста»; розвивати мовну здогадку, мовленнєву реакцію та уяву учнів; прищеплювати інтерес до вивчення англійської мови, англомовних міст, до рідного міста.
Тип уроку: урок застосування знань, умінь і навичок.
Обладнання: телевізор, ноутбук, презентація уроку, підручник, аудіо матеріал, роздрукований матеріал, малюнки, відеоролик.

Are you ready? Good morning pupils! I am glad to see you! Today we have guests! Let’s say “hello” to our guests! Ok! You may sit down!
How are you today? Who is on duty today? Who is absent? What date is it today?
Let’s start with pronunciation. Today we will practice sound [ə].

When we talk about two things, we can "compare" them. We can see if they are the same or different. Perhaps they are the same in some ways and different in other ways. We can use comparative adjectives to describe the differences.

Formation of Comparative Adjectives
There are two ways to make or form a comparative adjective:
