ВИД УРОКУ: комбіновано – мовний.

ЦІЛІ ТА ЗАДАЧІ:

Практична: Створювати умови для розвитку комунікативної компетенції учнів. Удосконалювати мовні уміння по темі «Театр та кіно»

Навчальна:  Розвиток умінь монологічного та діалогічного мовлення. Повторення та активізація вивчених лексичних одиниць та мовних зворотів; розвиток сприйняття іншомовного мовлення на слух; уміння систематизувати і узагальнювати отримані знання.

Розвиваюча: Розвиток творчої  уяви та мислення; формування уміння колективної мовної взаємодії; формування міжпредметних навичок та умінь.

Виховна:   Формування лінгвістичної та соціокультурної компетенцій; виховання культури учнів засобами іноземної мови. Виховувати поняття раціонального використання часу. Поняття цікавого та здорового способу життя та відпочинку.

НАОЧНІСТЬ ТА ОБЛАДНАННЯ:

Картки для індивідуальної роботи,картки для роботи в парах та роботи в групах. Використання аудіо та відео записів. Завдання з комп’ютерною підтримкою.

ХІД УРОКУ

І. Підготовка до сприйняття іншомовного мовлення.

1. Привітання. Формування мети та завдання уроку.

2. Уведення в іншомовну атмосферу.

T.: - Good morning, children! It’s nice to see you.

P.: - Good morning, teacher! It’s nice to see you too.

T.: - How are you today?

P.: - We are fine, thank you.

T.: - Take the seats. Let’s start our lesson.

Warming up. Answer the questions:

  1.               What day is it today?
  2.               What is the weather like today?
  3.               What season is coming?
  4.               Do you like Spring?

Look at the blackboard. Let’s read the poem:

Spring, you are beautiful

The flowers  open

The birds sing

The trees are green

The days get longer

Welcome spring!

T.: - Today we are going to talk about cinema and theatre. Cinema and TV films have become an important part in our life. Some of us like going to the theatre too. The motto of today’s lesson is: «The world is a stage and people are merely actors» (William Shakespeare).

Can you comment on this quotation?

P.: - From my point of view, the world of cinema and theatre lets us look at ourselves and become better.

- A new comedy “Crazy Cousins” is on at the “Plaza” cinema. It must be very funny.

- Henry, can we go to the cinema some other day?

- No problem. Is Saturday OK with you?

- Yes, I’m free on Saturday.

- Then, I’ll buy tickets. What row do you prefer to sit on?

- Not very close to the screen. I think, row 12 or 13 will be fine.

- As for me, I think row 12 will be better.

- I don’t mind, Henry. What time shall we meet?

Most of the famous theatres in Britain are found in London. There are more than fifty theatres in the West End. Many of the shows which go on in the West End are light comedies, but some theatres put on more serious plays. One of the England’s leading companies is the Royal Shakespeare Company, at the Aldwych Theatre. There they put on new and old plays, and Shakespearean plays. The National Theatre is also one of London’s most famous theatres. The building is modern, and the plays are classics and new productions.

HO7                     Theatre in the United States of America.

Theatre in United States has been strongly influenced by European drama. A great number of the USA theatres are located in New York City. New York theatre world is divided into two parts. The first one centres around Broadway. Today the musical play dominates Broadway and captures the attention of audiences at home and from abroad. Off –Broadway theatres are found throughout the city in the buildings once used as garages, offices and stores. They are known as “theatres-in the round”, because the cast performs in the centre of the room, surrounded in all sides by the audience.
