Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about a holiday you arranged for me.

Unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations.

To begin with our bus reached the destination three hours later than planned. I must mention that the trip was stressful and the bus driver made some dangerous overtakes that made us shiver of fear. In addition, when we arrived at the hotel it was the shock of my life. It was completely different from the one you showed us on the brochure. To make matters worse there were no single rooms left and I had to share a room with another tourist for a week. The condition of the room was unacceptable.

I was strongly surprised when I found out that the breakfast was not included into the holiday price as it was highlighted in the advertisement and most of the dishes had a strange smell which caused some health problems. I was not the only one who was unhappy with the food.

Furthermore, the manager refused to listen to our complaints.

Considering all the above, I believe I am entitled to a partial refund. I strongly suggest that you take into consideration this matter and change the accommodation on offer and work more on your package.
