T: Today we are having a lesson devoted to the subject “Mass Media. Televisions”. Many people have forgotten what the world was like before TV. But today it has become an integral part of our lives. TV now plays such an important role in so many people's lives that it is essential for us to try to decide whether it is bad or good. So our today’s topic is “Mass Media.Television: For and Against. T: It’s difficult to imagine our life without TV. But there are different opinions about it, it has both advantages and disadvantages. I want you to discuss this problem.

T: So, as we have stated TV has both positive and negative features. It can keep us informed, educate and entertain, but at the same time it can destroy our health, withdraw from reality, give some bad examples. So, TV or not TV? I think the answer is “yes”. But we must choose thoroughly what to see and how to see. If we don’t overdo TV will help us relax and get knowledge about the world. Do you agree? A group of your classmates have prepared some very useful, to my mind, tips to TV-viewers. Have a look at them.
