Нестандартний урок (брейн -ринг)Тема: Україна. Київ-столиця України.

         

Цілі: Активізувати країнознавчі знання та мовні вміння учнів;

          розвивати навички колективної роботи, логічне     мислення,  навички усного ситуативного  говоріння;

         розширувати кругозір учнів, формувати соціокультурну компетенцію.

Обладнання: карта України, види Києва, роздавальний матеріал.

 

                                  Хід уроку

1.Організаційний момент.

1) Вітання. Бесіда з черговим.

2) Бесіда про погоду, пору року

(вправа»Сніжний ком»-кожен наступний учень повторює речення попереднього і додає своє висловлювання)

2.Повідомлення  теми й мети уроку.

Our today’s topic is “Ukraine and its capital Kyiv”. We’ll summarize the material about our country,about Kyiv.You  should be able to operate facts about native country.

3.Уведення в іншомовну атмосферу.

We all are Ukrainians and our native country is Ukraine.Will you say anything about it?

P1.Yes,first of all Ukraine is very large.The territory of Ukraine is about 600 thousand sq.km.

P2.The total length of its boundaries is 6.500 km.

P3.Ukraine consists of 24 regions.

P4.The population of Ukraine is more than 110 ethnic groups.

P5.Ukraine borders on Poland,Slovakia and Hungary in the west,Romania and Moldova in the southwest,Russia and Bilorus in the north and in the east.

P6.The main river is the Dnipro.It is the third longest river in Europe.

P7.The capital of Ukraine is Kyiv.It is situated on both banks of the river Dnipro.

P8.Kyiv is the oldest and the most beautiful city of Ukraine.

P9.There are so many chestnuts in Kyiv that a chestnut tree has become its symbol.

P10.There are a lot of  museums,theatres,interesting old  buildings and monuments,fashionable shops and beautiful parks in Kyiv.

P11.We know that Kyiv is the scientific,industrial and cultural centre of Ukraine.
