'Ibe butt

One summer morning a very pretty butterfly woke up in the meadow. It opened its eyes and smiled. There were a Lot of flowers around and the grass was green.

The butterfly spread its wings and flew into the sky.

"Goog morning!" said the butterfly to the sun The sun smiled back.

"What a nice day!" said the butterfly to the wind. The wind blew lightly and the butterfly flew higher.

There were many birds in the sky.

They sang their songs and greeted the butterfly.

T e butterfly looked down. It was fantastic! Flowers covered the ground Like a colored carpet! The butterfly flew down to the flowers. HOW sweetly they smelled!

The butterfly flew from flower to flower.

It saw other butterflies and smiled them.

In the evening the butterfly was tired.

It sat on a big flower and fell asleep.
