Anac:

Obiective: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to demonstmte knowledge of health and body care by identifying healthy foods, understanding the importance of physical activity, and explainmg why it is important to blush their teeth.

Assessment:

Students will create a poster depicting a healthy meal, and explain why each food item is good for their body. They will also dmw a picture of themselves participating in a physical activity, and answer questions about the benefits of exercise. Lastly, they will complete a simple worksheet where they match different dental care items to their conesponding uses.

*           The importance of brushing teeth for dental hygiene Opening:

Begin the lesson by asking the students what they think it means to be healthy. WIite their responses on the board.

Introduce the concept of body care and explain that taking care of our bodies is important for staying healthy and strong.

Introduction to New Material:

Present infonnation about healthy foods using visual aids, such as pictures or real examples of fruits, vegetables, and grains.
