“Christmas Is Coming”
Celebration for the 4th grade students.
P.1: Christmas is here! The day is so clear,
The snow is so white. The sky is so bright.
We shout with all might. Merry Christmas!
P.2: It`s Christmas! Merry Christmas!
It`s time for hanging stockings,
It`s time for riding sleights,
It`s time for jolly greeting,
Snow and holly overeating,
Oh, I love you, Merry Christmas!
P.3: And what is Christmas?
P.4: It`s the most important festival of the year.
It`s a holiday of love and happiness.
It`s the Birthday of Jesus Christ.
P.3: And what do you know about His birth?
P.4: He was born in Judia.
His earthy parents were Marry and Joseph.
Let`s watch how it was.
Joseph: Marry, who`s that in the manger?
Marry: It`s our newborn son.
Angel: Don`t be afraid! Call your son Jesus!
He`s the Son of God! Today our Savior was born! Jesus Christ, the Lord!
Sh.1: Good morning, Marry and Joseph!
We saw a star in the sky yesterday and understood that someone special was born.
Sh.2: We made a long way to see this child and give him our gifts.
Angel: The first star was a sigh for you!
I declear you a great joy!
Our Savior was born!
( song “Silent Night”)
P.5: Christmas is children`s favourite holiday.
Santa Claus comes into the house at night and leaves gifts for children in their stockings on Christmas Eve.
P.6: Do you know that Santa Claus based on a real person, St. Nicholas.
He was a very shy man and he helped poor people without them knowing about it. One day he climbed the roof of a house and dropped a purse of money down the chimney.
P.7: That`s why children believe, that Santa often comes down the chimney and puts gifts in children stockings.
P.8: Santa Claus often brings children sweets in a shape of letter “J”. It`s the first letter of the name Jesus to remind us about Jesus Crist.
P.9: I`ve been waiting for Christmas,
And it`s almost here.
I`ve been waiting for Christmas,
Santa`s getting near!
P.10: Can`t you hear the sleigh bells ringing?
Reindeer up so high!
Can`t you hear the children singing,
As they watch the sky?
(song “Jingle Bells”)
