AGROTRADE Group is a vertically integrated holding of a complete agro-industrial cycle: production, processing, storage and trade of agricultural products. The company was founded in 1998 under the name "East Ukrainian agro-industrial company". The main areas of activity at the first stage of development were the provision of agricultural enterprises and sugar factories with fuel and lubricants, trade in grain and sugar.

Since 2008, AGROTRADE Group has been producing seeds of sunflower, maize, barley, buckwheat, soybean and winter wheat. Initially, the main task of this business line was to provide the own needs of the holding company with high-quality and inexpensive seed material. In 2018, AGROTRADE Group launched its own brand, Agroseeds. The range of goods includes hybrids of sunflower, maize, barley, winter wheat from breeders from France, Austria and Ukraine. The brand slogan is “Stable profit from every hectare”.

GROTRADE Group started cultivating its own land and growing cereals and oil crops in 2006. Subsequently, the list of crops and the land bank were greatly expanded. Now the area of the leased land bank is more than 70,000 ha, of which 10,700 ha are in Kharkiv region, 4,000 ha in Poltava region, 25,900 ha in Sumy region and about 30,000 ha in Chernihiv region. Since 2015, the Group has been actively developing its organic farming. Some lands in Kharkiv region were allocated and a separate unit was created for this purpose. After receiving the European Organic Standard Certificate in 2017, the first harvest of organic produce was gathered. Currently, 2,500 hectares of land are allocated for growing organic products.

AGROTRADE Group has a network of nine elevators with a total capacity of 570,000 tons of simultaneous storage. All elevators of the holding company are located in the grain-growing regions of Ukraine and provide a full range of services related to the storage and sale of grain, oilseed, legume crops and maize.

AGROTRADE Group’s trading division has more than 20 years of experience in grain trading and is able to sell over one million tons of products per year. The Group sells grain both of its own production and from third parties. In addition, AGROTRADE Group is actively developing trade in niche crops and organic products. When buying grain, we use a network of our own elevators, as well as elevators in Mykolaiv and Odessa ports. The main sales regions are Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia and China. The Logistics Department of the Company arranges transportation of products by road, rail and sea. Some enterprises of the holding are able to ship products in containers.

Vsevolod Kozhemiako, CEO of AGROTRADE Group. In 1998, he founded AGROTRADE Group. He is a volunteer, and actively engaged in charity work. Vsevolod Kozhemiako Foundation "Ukraine XXI" implements dozens of projects in Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava and Chernihiv regions. He is the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Austria in Kharkiv. He has two higher education degrees. Olena Vorona, Director of Finance and Operations at AGROTRADE Group. She has 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing and operational management of a large agricultural holding. Ph. D. of Sciences majoring in Economics and Business Management. Certified accountant.
