Tag Questions

What are they?Tag questions are mini-questions we add to the end of a statement. We use them to check if something is true or to ask for agreement.e.g., It's a beautiful day, isn't it?e.g., You've done your homework, haven't you?What are Tag Questions?

Positive Statement + Negative Tag. If the main sentence is positive, the tag is negative. Example: He is a student, isn't he?Example: You will be there, won't you?The Formula1. Negative Statement + Positive Tag. If the main sentence is negative, the tag is positive.
