VITAMINS Vitamins play a very important role in human health. Overdose of some vitamins may be harmful, so people must take normal doses of vitamins. When the winter month come our food becomes rather poor of vitamins. Winter is a time for virus infections, colds and flu and our resistance is especially low.
WE HAVE TO TAKE VITAMINS A,D,C EVERY DAY Vitamin A is in the carrot, fish, oil, eggs. Vitamins B is in liver, eggs, dried, yeast, but it is destroyed by cooking. Vitamin C is in Cherry, orange, lemon,fresh,fruit. Vitamins D is in milk, eggs, fish, and yeast. Vitamin E is in soya, fruit.
WATER Water is very important to all living things. In the living body water carries foodstuffs from one part of the body to another Man gets one half of his water in the food heats, especially in fruit and vegetables. More than 70 per cent of the body is composed of water. Daily we lose some water.
THERE ARE SOME SIMPLE RULES FOR HEALTH FROM OUR GROUP 1. Breathe in as much fresh air as you can. 2. Keep your feet dry and warm. 3. Keep you body clean. 4. Clean your teeth twice a day. 5. Take long walks in the open air as much as you can. 6. Eat healthy food. 7. Get plenty of sleep.
