Procedure:

Teacher split all the participants into groups (4 participants per one group). A variety of techniques can be used.

Learners complete each task and put a check mark next to each task in a column (Completed). They should also add time and post evidence of task completion (photo or video) in a chat/group/ Google classroom or on a board (ex.: Padlet).
