Entertainment - Relax a Little
If you were told to go relax or do something fun, what would you do with yourself to accomplish this task? You might read a book, watch a movie, or play a game. Your job would be to do something that you like to do for fun. You are entertained when you find something fun to do. To be entertained means that something holds your attention and interest. Keeping yourself entertained can keep your mind sharp. Also, the more you relax your mind and do things you enjoy the happier you will be.
Of course, you cannot relax whenever you want to. There will be times when you must do homework and a few chores that maybe you would rather not do. But at the end of the day, you should be able to think of one joyful thing you did to entertain yourself. Watching a funny movie might be entertaining. Playing a sport may be enjoyable. Singing your favorite song may even keep you light on your toes. Books, plays, music, sports, art, and dancing are all forms of entertainment. These things can keep us busy and they provide us .....
