Тема:       My Hobby

Мета:       формувати навички вживання герундія на основі вивчених лексичних одиниць(watch a cartoon, play chess, ride a bike, fly a kite, paint,  play music, a team, play  team games, listen to music)  та відпрацювати їх в усному і писемному мовленні;

                  розвивати навички діалогічного мовлення за темою, використовуючи структурні групи   Do you like? ; I don’t like../ I like…;

                  розвивати навички  читання та розуміння прочитаного на основі вправ підручника;

                  удосконалювати фонематичний слух;

                  виховувати любов  до активного відпочинку.

Обладнання: тематичні  малюнки, аудіозапис, транскрипційні  знаки  звуків[  ], [ u: ], [ju:]

Тип  уроку: комбінований

Хід уроку

І. Підготовка  до сприйняття іншомовного мовлення

1. Привітання

T: Good  morning, сhildren! Glad to see you.

(Учні відповідають вчителю віршем)

Good  morning, good  morning,

Good  morning to you.

Good morning, dear teacher.

I’m glad  to see  you too.

2.Мовленнєва зарядка.
Бесіда з використанням структурних груп How are you?How is your mother(father, brother, sister)?(робота в режимі Т-Р1,Р2,Р3…)

T: How are you?

     How is your mother?

     How is your father?

     How is your sister?

     How is your brother?

Р1: I am fine.

P2: She is fine.

P3: He is fine.

P4: She is fine.

3.  Повідомлення  теми  та  мети уроку.

The theme  of  our  lesson is  ‘Hobbies’. We are going to learn  how to read about hobbies, to write, to listen, to speak,  we will dance a little,  sing a song and  do some exercises. By the end of the lesson you will be able to read, to sing a song, to act dialogues  and to speak about your hobbies.

4. Фонетична  зарядка (TS 1)
Listen and repeat the sounds and the words.

а)відпрацювання  вимови звуків  [  ], [ u: ], [ju:] в окремих словах

Т:  Look at  the  card.

This  is  the  sound  [  ]. Let’s  repeat  this  sound [  ], [  ], [  ].

Repeat  some  words  with this  sound : spring, playing, painting, flying, reading, watching, listening.
This  is  the  sound  [ u: ] .Let’s  repeat  this  sound [ u: ], [ u: ], [ u: ].

Repeat  some  words  with this  sound : school, cartoon, balloon.
This  is  the  sound [ju:]. Let’s  repeat  this  sound  [ju:], [ju:], [ju:].

Repeat  some  words  with this  sound : music, computer.
 

б) відпрацювання вимови звуків у римівці

Вчитель читає по стрічці вірш, супроводжуючи демонтрацією малюнків.

I can make a tasty cake.

Cooking is for me.

I like swimming in a lake.

Swimming is for me.

I can play a lot of games.

Playing is for me.

I can train my bulldog James.

Training is for me.

ІІ. Основна  частина

1. Повторення лексичних одиниць   (на дошці малюнки).

     Вчитель читає словосполучення, учні повторюють.

Watch a cartoon, play chess, ride a bike, fly a kite, paint,  play  music, a team, play  team games, listen to music.

But remember – when we speak about our hobbies we usually use two words like and the name of a hobby. Very often we form it with the help of the ending –ing which we add to the verb.

Like this:                     fly + ing = flying                 jump + ing = jumping

Repeat after me:

Watching a cartoon, playing chess, riding a bike, flying a kite, painting, playing  music,  playing  team games, listening to music.

T: Look at these pictures  and listen to my story. While listening  tick what I like doing in your cards.

As for me I like reading, watching cartoons, painting, singing, listening to music. But I don’t like playing chess, riding a bike, playing football, flying a kite and playing team games.

4. Фізхвилинка (супроводжується рухами під музику)

T: Children, stand up! Let’s relax a little.

Repeat the words of the song and do the following actions.

Hobbies are for me,

I do it on my own, I do it by myself,

I am proud of me.

5. Бесіда з учнями з використанням нових лексичних одиниць.

Т:And what about you ? What do you like doing?

Do you like playing chess?

Do you like riding a bike?

Do you like flying a kite?

Do you like playing music?

Do you like playing  team games?

Do you like listening to music?

P1:Yes, I do. I like watching a cartoon.

P2:No, I don’t. I like playing  football.

P3:Yes, I do. I like riding a bike.

P4: No, I don’t. I like watching a cartoon.

P5:Yes,I do. I like painting.

P6: No, I don’t. I like flying a kite.

P7: Yes, I do. I like playing  team games.

P8: No, I don’t. I like reading.

6. Розвиток навичок письма.

Т:Look at the pictures on the blackboard.

   Stick  the names of the hobbies on the appropriate pictures.

    Let’s read these words all together!

Watching a cartoon, playing chess, riding a bike, flying a kite, painting, playing  music,  playing  team games, listening to music.

7. Виконання  вправ підручника.
а) читання діалогу

T: Open your books on page   26,  find  Ex.1. Read the dialogue.
б) контроль розуміння прочитаного

T: Answer my questions.

- What is a hobby?

- What is Hans’ hobby?

- What is Bill’s hobby?

- What is Alice’s hobby?

- Whose hobby  do you like the best?

8. Розвиток навичок діалогічного мовлення.

    Драматизація власних діалогів
    Break into pairs  and act your dialogues.

- Say hello to each other;

- Ask how is your partner now;

- Ask what is he doing;

- Ask about his hobby;

- Say that you like his hobby.

9.  Говоріння.

T: What can you say about your hobby now?

(Учні розповідають коротко про свої захоплення)
