Тема: Види спорту.

 

Практична мета: повторити й активізувати ЛО теми, удосконалювати навички читання удосконалювати вміння здійснювати усне спілкування за темою спорт,

 

Освітня мета: розширити та збагатити словниковий запас з теми, формувати вміння вживати “play” “go” “do” з видами спорту.

 

Розвиваюча мета: розвивати культуру спілкування. Розвивати мовну здогадку та мовленнєву реакцію.

 

Виховна мета: виховувати інтерес до спорту та здорового способу життя, повагу до одноклассників, інтерес до вивчення мови.

 

Обладнання: підручник А. Несвіт “English” для 7 класу; робочий зошит; презентація; пісня для фізкультхвилинки; картки.

І. Підготовка до сприйняття іноземного мовлення.

 

1. Greeting.

Т: Good morning! Nice to see you!

- Who is on duty today?

- What day is it today?

- What date is it?

- Who is absent today?

 

2. Warming-up.

3. Introducing  the  topic and aim.

 

T: The theme of the lesson is Sport.

We are going to talk about different kinds of sport, summer and winter sports, use verbs ‘do’, ‘go’ and ‘play’ with different kinds of sport, read and make up dialogue, play games and work in pairs and groups.

4. Answer the questions.
1) What`s your favourite kind of sport?
2) Do you go to the sports school?
3) Do you attend any sports club at school?
4) What sports club do you attend?
5) Are you a good runner?
6) Can you run well?
7) Who is a tennis player in your class?
8) Who likes playing chess?
9) Do you often watch sports events on TV?
10) Is sport an important part in your life?

• We use play with the ball games.
• We use go with sports ending in -ing.
•  We use do with other sports.
• Look at your cards let’s divide sports into three columns

 You often play games with your friends outdoors, don’t you?

 Yes, almost every day.

 What else do you like to do after school?

 I like to   help my mother about the house.

 

12. Monolingual speech.

Describe the picture “kind of sport”.

- Boxing is one of the oldest British sports that existed in Saxon times.

- People of England began to play cricket as early as 1550.

-Tennis was first played in England in 1872 whose first championship was at Wimbledon.

-Football is a game invented and developed in Britain which is nowadays played all over the world.

-Golf is the sport that began to develop in Scotland.

-Basketball is  one of the moving game  nowadays.
