Очікувані результати:-дізнатися про різні види геометричних фігур,
-пригадати транспортні засоби,
-сконструювати моделі транспортних засобів за допомогою LEGO
-виміряти висоту і довжину сконструйованих моделей
Plan of the lesson
I. Introduction
1) Greeting.
T: Good morning, children!
P: Good morning, teacher!
T: How are you today?
P: We are fine, thank you!
T: I’m glad to see you! Sit down, please!
2. Announcing the aims and the topic.
T: Dear children! Today we have unusual lesson. So, today we are going to talk about different means of transport.
3. Warming up.
T: Let`s talk about transport.
Transport, or transportation, is moving people or things from one place to another place.
T: Look and name different means of transport. (, a lorry, a boat, a taxi, a ship ,a car, a plane, a helicopter…)
T: What means of transport can you fly? ( a helicopter, a plane )
What means of transport can you sail? (a ship,a sail, a ship )
What means of transport can you drive? ( a taxi, a car, a lorry, a bus)
What means of transport can you ride? ( a bike,a motorcycle, a car, a scooter)
II. Main part.
Presentation shapes ( circle, oval, triangle, square, rectangle ).
T: So, There are three main kinds of transportation. They are: land transport, water transport and air transport.
Where do you see these transport? ( For example, cars move on the ground.)
4. Physical Training.
T: Let’s have a rest and play a game “Four Elements”. Be attentive! You should follow me as well.
Look left, look right
Look up, look down
And look around.
Air (руки вгору)
Water (руки в сторони)
Earth (руки вниз)
Fire (руки перед собою)
5. Doing project.
T: We have three groups and three tasks.
1 group- make models of land transport
2 group- make models of water transport
3 group- make models of air transport
T. You have watched video how to create modes of different means of transport.
Let’s get creative with LEGO your own models.
T: Well done, children! Now take your rulers. Listen to your task! Measure the length and the height of the means of transport and complete the sentences with their measurements.
III. Summarizing.
These are examples models of transport!
Today we held a thematic lesson dedicated to transport. At the lesson we learned about water, land and air transport, made different models of transport. Thanks a lot to all the participants!
