Мета: Підвищення мотивації до вивчення англійської мови.
Навчальна: розширення обсягу лексико-граматичних знань. Вдосконалення звукової культури мовлення школярів, їх ефективному спілкуванню та мовної виразності. Вдосконалення ігрових навичок і творчої самостійності дітей через постановку вистави.
Розвиваюча: розвиток творчого потенціалу учнів через участь в театральній постановці. Створення умов для реалізації індивідуальності кожного. Розвиток пам'яті, мислення, уваги, уяви.
Виховна: створення умов для пізнавальної активності учнів та потреби в практичному використанні англійської мови. Розвиток почуття відповідальності за результат. Розвиток здатності учнів працювати в колективі
