Why did she run away?

“Hello, excuse me, I don’t know your name.”

“That’s all right. My name is Blaze.”

“Who are you? I didn’t see you here last year.”

“I am a ____________. I lived in a hot country.

 But now I live here, at the zoo. I like it here all right. People often come to see me. They usually give a lot of things to eat: sweets, fruit, cakes and other tasty things.”

“Do you eat birds or animals?”

“Oh, no, I don’t. I see you are looking at my neck. You don’t like it, do you?”

“Well, I do! But why is it so long?”

“Because I eat leaves from the trees. The long neck helps me do it.”

“Oh, I see.”

“I like to eat grass, too. You know, one day a woman came to me. I saw nice green grass on her hat. I thought she wanted to give it to me to eat. And I began to eat. I didn’t like it. It wasn’t tasty at all! And the woman ran away! I don’t know why! Can you tell me why she ran away?
