Hi, I’m Emily, and I want to tell you about my simple adventure holiday in the Rocky Mountains. I went there with my older brother, and we planned the trip carefully because we were not very experienced hikers. We packed a tent, warm clothes, food, water, and a small map. When we arrived, the mountains looked huge and beautiful, and the air felt clean and cool.

Every day we walked on safe trails, crossed small streams, and looked for interesting plants and animals. We slept in a tent and cooked easy meals on a small campfire. One evening a quiet deer came close to our campsite, and we watched it from a safe distance. The hardest part of our journey was climbing Mount Elbert, but we reached the top slowly and safely. I felt tired but very proud. It was a simple but wonderful holiday for me to remember forever.

Hi, I’m Lucas. Last summer I had an adventure holiday sailing along the coast of Croatia with my family. We rented a small yacht for one week. At first I was a little nervous because I had never sailed before, but soon I enjoyed it very much. Every morning we woke up early, made breakfast on the deck, and checked the weather before starting our daily route. I learned how to steer the yacht, tie simple sailing knots, and understand the wind direction.

During the trip we visited quiet islands, swam in clear turquoise water, and collected shells on empty beaches. One morning a group of dolphins swam next to our boat. In the evenings we anchored near calm bays, cooked simple meals, and listened to the waves. The whole week was exciting, peaceful, and fun. I hope to go sailing again next summer. It was a holiday I will never forget.

Hi, I’m Aisha. My adventure holiday was a desert safari in the Sahara Desert in Morocco. My parents surprised me with this trip, and I was very excited. When we arrived, the sand looked like a golden sea stretching far in every direction. The sun was hot, and the sky was clear and bright.

We travelled across the dunes on camels. The camels walked slowly but steadily over the sand. Later we visited a small Berber village. The people were friendly and showed us how they make colourful carpets and prepare traditional mint tea. In the desert we saw small animals, like lizards and beetles, hiding in the sand. In the evening we sat around a fire, listened to music, and ate delicious food. We slept in tents under a sky full of bright stars. The desert was beautiful, calm, and unforgettable. I will always remember this adventure.

Hi, I’m Pete. My adventure holiday was a student trip to the Amazon rainforest. I travelled with a group of teenagers and two guides who taught us about the jungle. The air was hot and humid, and the forest was very green and thick. Every day we walked through the forest, climbed over fallen trees, and crossed small rivers using ropes. The guides showed us interesting plants, colourful birds, and small insects that lived in the shadows.

At night the rainforest was loud with many sounds from frogs, insects, and birds. One evening we saw glowing insects lighting the path like tiny stars. Another day we watched monkeys jumping in the trees above us. The trip was sometimes hard, but I felt like a real explorer. It became one of the most exciting adventures of my life. I will never forget this trip.
