Researchers believe they have identified the top 50 [somewhat stereotypical] traditions that sum up the British– including polite queueing, drinking tea in a crisis and always apologising.“Britain has many wonderful traditions which we as a nation are rightly proud of,” said a spokesperson for luxury holiday provider Sovereign, who commissioned the survey.
