When people hear the word 'sport', they often think about health. Of course, following a diet and training in the gym help you to keep fit and healthy. However, sport is so much more than that.

Firstly, it is a Lifestyle full of discipline and often competition. If you want to be an excellent athlete, you need to Look after your body. You also have to be well-organised and often travel a lot.

Secondly, many athletes have a true passion for the sport they do or play, a strong belief in themselves and a great wish to win. That way they are ready to compete and become the best.
