Тема: Where is the ball?

Мета:

• навчити вживати  прийменники місця in, on, under; вивчити нові ЛО: seesaw, slide, net, swing, tree, pool, ice cream, frisbee;  
• розвивати в учнів увагу, пам'ять, кмітливість та мовну здогадку, мовлення;
• виховувати культуру спілкування та бажання навчатись.

Дидактичні засоби навчання: презентація, картки, лист, моделі.

Тип уроку: комбінований

І. Введення в іншомовну атмосферу
1. Привітання

- Good morning! My name is Yana Petrivna and I will be your teacher today.

2. Перевірка готовності до уроку

- Sit down, please. Get ready for the English lesson. Show me your Class books, Work copybooks. Thanks, you are ready for the English lesson.

3. Повідомлення теми і мети уроку, мотивація навчальної діяльності

- Bill will come to us to a lesson today. But he got lost. For that we need to say a poem together. But firs let’s learn this poem.

4. Фонетична розминка

- First I, than you. Be very attentive!

Little Bill, sit still.

Jimmy Bill will bring you to big hill.

• He wants to tell us to go with him on the ground.

1. Ведення нових ЛО

• Will we go with him? But first, let’s check up our readiness. For this we have to learn new words, which help us on the ground.
• Open your Class Book at p. 34. Find words on the top of the page. And now…

•  Listen and point ( запис №  )
•  Listen and repeat ( запис №  )
•  Listen and chant ( запис №  )
•  Look and say WHAT IS THIS? (It is a …)
•  Let’s play a ball.

- But firs let’s make a circle. Now I’ll throw you ball and will say one of these words on Ukrainian, you have to tell me this word on English and return me the ball. Are you understood?

- Let’s start our game!

• Seesaw ['siːsɔː] гойдалка (вниз і вгору)
• Slide  [slaɪd]  горка
• Net  [net] сітка
• Swing  [swɪŋ]  гойдалка
• Tree   [triː]  дерево
• Pool  [puːl]   басейн

• Frisbee   /ˈfrɪzbi/ літаюча тарілка

- Now I’ll say one of these words on English, you have to tell me this word on Ukrainian and return me the ball. Are you understood?

- Close your books! Now I’ll give you cards. Your task is to connect the word and the picture correctly. Don’t forget write your name and surname on the top.

- When you finish your work, raise your hand please!

• Bill lost the ball. Let’s help him to find it. To answer where is the ball, we have to learn new words: in, on, under.
• When we say IN that’s mean that ball IN something ---- В
• When we say ON that’s mean that ball ON something ---- НА
• When we say UNDER that’s mean that ball UNDER something ---- ПІД

• Open your book at p. 35 and look on the ex. 3.
• You see that question: Where is …?, can be in short-cut: Where’s ….?

• We help Bill and now he want to tell you a funny story, which happened with him.
• Once he and trainer were on the ground and played in football. Suddenly the ball flew, when he ran the ball.

• Let’s read this dialogue by roles.

EXTRA:

• Bill have friends Rosy, Billy, Tim. Once they were asked to photograph them.
• Let’s open your Work books at p. 35 and join the dots in the three pictures. We find out where they were photographed. Then read and match  Where is the Rosy?Billy?Tim?

• Now we returned to our class and Bill want to say: Thank you for having a good time, good mood, positive emotions. He says goodbye to us.
• Let’s say him “Thank you” together.
• Oh, he left a letter. Let’s read it.
