Theme: Jobs and future plans
Objectives:
practical: to improve students’ speech skills – listening, speaking, reading and writing; to expand students’ vocabulary, to form students’ skills of communication according to the given situation, to check students’ practical skills on the topic;
educational: to expand students’ knowledge of English as a foreign language;
developing: to develop a creative way of thinking, imagination, the ability to think logically; to enrich students’ knowledge about jobs.
Equipment: pictures, texts for reading.
Procedure
I. Greetings
T: Good morning, students! Glad to see you. Are you ready for the lesson? Let’s start our work. Today we will talk about jobs, professions and about our future plans.
II. Warming up

III. Brainstorming
T.: Students, what associations appear in your mind when you hear the word “Job”? Split into pairs and discuss this issue. You are given one minute to think it over and present your ideas.
