Aims: to develop dialogue speech;

to give students practice of language items (vocabulary, grammar functions etc.) – a language practice aim;

to develop students’ ability to speak fluently and interactively – a speaking fluency aim.

1. Practice in intonation (learneres repeat after record)

a. I like pop music too.

b. What about you?

c. Do you play the piano?

d. Would you like to go to the musical concert?

e. I`m interesting in folk music.

Note: While the intonation of special (Wh-) questions is falling, general questions are usually pronounced with the rising intonation.

2. Give your opinion

Model 1: I like pop music.
