Hello! Id like to start our second lesson about Asia with the Japanese proverb “ A frog in a well doesn`t know a big ocean”. This proverb means that we must open up our mind to new possibilities.

I think that almost everyone likes sushi. But do you know how to eat them properly? I will give you this information)
First of all you should know that there are 5 common types of sushi:
Restaurant Etiquette
Soy Sauce
Wasabi and Ginger
Do not mix wasabi into your soy sauce!
Ginger is meant as a palette cleanser. Eat ginger between pieces of sushi. Ginger should never be eaten on sushi.
Eating sushi etiquette
Eat the sushi all in one bite. If the sushi is too big for a single bite, kindly ask the chef to make the pieces smaller.
Nigiri sushi should be eaten upside down, with the fish touching your tounge.
