           Розвивати навички усного мовлення.

           Навчати учнів висловлювати свою думку.

           Тренувати навички читання, аудіювання, письма, говоріння.

           Виховувати любов до вивчення іноземної мови та повагу до рідної мови.

Обладнання: підручник, зошит, картки, аудіозапис, роздатковий матеріал.

2 Aim: Today we’ll continue to learn Past Simple Tense. You’ll do a lot of exercises and practice your skills. At the end of the lesson you’ll try to create your own fairy tale.

  And now your task is more difficult. We need 3 groups. One of pupils go to the blackboard read one sentence, came back to his place, say this sentence to your group. Each of groups have to write down that sentences and then read the story.

Long, long, long ago

There lived a little girl.

She liked to sing a lovely song.

Her mother called her little Pearl.

 

Once upon a time

She had a day of fun.

She woke up in the morning,

Then looked at smiling Sun.

 

She washed her face and made her bed.

Then looked at Sun again.

It winked at her and waved its hand,

Then wished to have a nice weekend.

 

5 Brainstorming

Complete the story and read it.

 

Once upon a time there was a little girl called Poppy Copy.

Poppy Copy lived in Copyland.

In Copyland all the people lived in the same food.

They had the same cars.

After school Poppy and her friends did the same things.

The people in Copyland were all as one.
