Конспект уроку з англійської мови у 7-му класі з теми:

“Can You Set out a Festive Table?”

Мета: повторити й узагальнити лексико-граматичний матеріал теми; розвивати вміння монологічного та діалогічного мовлення; розвивати мовну здогадку; сприяти творчому розвитку учнів; виховувати вміння працювати у групі; виховувати культуру спілкування та поведінки за столом.

Оснащення: проектор з екраном, роздатковий матеріал, пезентація, робочий зошит та підручник.

Хід уроку

І. Підготовка до сприйняття іншомовного мовлення. (8 хв)
1. Привітання.
2. Повідомлення теми та мети уроку
 Т:- Soon we'll have the most favourite time – winter holidays. People all over the world will have Christmas and New Year parties with a big number of tasty dishes. So, today we'll revise the setting rules and different kinds of dishes. Today's topic is " Can you set out a festive table?”. Let's get started!
3. Уведення у іншомовну атмосферу (5 хв)

What country do you associate the following food or drink with? (Презентація, слайд №2 )

       pudding                                     the USA

I associate Italy with spaghetti.

ІІ. Основна частина уроку.

T: - Let’s start our work ! First of all let’s revise the vocabulary.

3. We have talked about different kinds of food. Now let’s guess the riddles about different utensils and let’s find out the keyword! (Презентація, слайд №5) (5 хв)

1. This utensil you use to serve the dish and eat a cereal from it. (Plate)
2. I have got one leg and four horns on my head. But be aware these hornes are very sharp (Fork)
3. I’m something in your kitchen
   Although I am not a cup
   I’m a piece of silverware
   Used to cut all your food up  ( Knife)
4. You use it to drink a juice or water from it (Glass)
5. Even though it is not a fork
   It sometimes helps you eat a meal
   Even though it is not a bowl

 Т: - I know that you help your parents to set out the table. Let’s check how skillfully yo do that. Your task is to put a puzzle as quickly as possible.
