ТЕМА:  „ПОДОРОЖ ДО ВЕЛИКОБРИТАНІЇ”

МЕТА: активізувати лексичний матеріал в межах теми. Закріпити знання трьох форм неправильних дієслів. Вдосконалювати навички роботи в групах; розв’язуючи проблемні завдання, розвивати творчі здібності учнів, гнучкість мислення, мовну здогадку; викликати інтерес до спілкування англійською мовою. Виховувати  повагу один до одного.

ОБЛАДНАННЯ:  картки зі словами, кросворди, картки для поділу в групи.

Today at the lesson we have a very interesting competition. Two teams of our group will show us their knowledge of English. I think it will be amusing and you’ll enjoy it.

    Now let’s divided into two teams, every team must choose their captain.

III. Проведення гри.

TASK 1.   What is it?

1. Where does a king rule?                  Kingdom
2.  A large shop is called…                  Store

1. Sum of money for which a thing is offered, sold or bought.  Pr ice

     2. The material is used to make the clothes?    Cotton

1. This thing is used oh beds to keep people warm.  Blanket

2. The meat of a pig used as food.     Pork

1. The meat of a cow, used as food.     Beef

2.  A person who trains sportsmen for games.    Coach

1.  A group of people acting together in a game.    Team

2.  All that is known.     Knowledge 

TASK 2.   Find so many words in the crossword-puzzle as you can in                 four minutes.

Pillow, wool, cotton, towel, blanket, price, store, sheet, pure, bit, pay, eat, tie, cut, dog, leg, and, son, egg.

TASK 3.  Make the poem, using the rhyme in three minutes:

                 FOXES                            BOXES

                 HOUSES                        TROUSERS

TASK 4.   Make so many words from the letters of the word as you can in three minutes.

                                       CONVERSATION

Cat, cover, rice, seat, tin, vine, version, on, in, nice, son, at, voice, I, not, nose, vase, ten, rise…

  TASK 5.  Write three forms of the verbs in.  Who will be first?

   TASK  6.   Choose the card, read the word and explain its meaning, don’t name the word!
