Healthy Food
Objectives: To develop pupils’ speaking, writing, listening, reading skills, to develop quick reaction and ability to use necessary vocabulary, to develop curiosity and interest to foreign language, to widen outlook and linguistic skills, to teach to work in groups and individually.
Equipments: text-book, additional texts for reading and listening, proverbs, sayings, tables and cards.

Healthy eating
Eating food that is best for our health should not be boring, time-consuming or expensive. What we eat has to be balanced against practical consideration-price, availability, personal taste, lifestyle.
It is worth getting into a healthier habit of eating. It would help to reduce the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, overweight, problems with digestive system.
The sort of changes we might start with are:
Grill food rather than fry them to reduce fat.
Put one less spoonful of sugar in tea or coffee.
Add less salt to food.
Change from white bread to wholemeal to increase fibre intake.
Eat famous Ukrainian national dishes as they are tasty and useful. They are good for health because combine almost everything the human body needs to be healthy. For example Ukrainian borsch contains up to 20 components.
