КОНСПЕКТ УРОКУ

Тема: “The Story of Robinson Crusoe”

 

Цілі уроку:

 

Практична – повторити та активізувати теми уроку; перевірити підготовку учнями домашнього читання.

Освітня –      ознайомити учнів з творчістю Д.Дефо та його твором про Робінзона Крузо;

формувати в учнів уявлення про таке граматичне явище, як форми дієслів;  вчити відповідальному ставленню до свого здоровя.

Розвивальна – продовжувати розвиток у учнів комунікативних та лінгвістичних                           компетенцій в чотирьох видах діяльності (аудіюванні, говорінні, читанні, письмі), удосконалювати навички критичного мислення; розвивати пізнавальний інтерес до творчості англійських письменників. 

Виховна – виховувати любов до читання творів англійської літератури; формувати навички здорового способу життя та сприяти фізичній вправності учнів.

 

Обладнання: підручник з англійської мови для 6 класу О.Д. Карпюк, робочий зошит до підручника, портрет Д.Дефо та ілюстрації до книги «Робінзон Крузо», роздавальний матеріал (картки, таблиці).

ХІД УРОКУ:

І. Вступ

1. Оргмомент та мотивація

Т.: Today we are going to read and discuss the text about Robinson Crusoe. By the end of our lesson you will be able:

- to train your listening, reading, speaking and writing skills in English;

- to show your knowledge of words on the topic of the lesson and of grammar material;

- to learn more about the author of the novel about Robinson Crusoe and widen your outlook on English literature.

- to train your memory and imagination.

 

Our lesson will be conducted as “An Hour of Merry Competition”. The teacher devides pupils into two teams: “The team of Robinsons” and “The team of Fridays” with the help of game ‘Picture Puzzles”. After each kind of activity the teacher count the score.

      Listening

      The author of “The story of Robinson Crusoe» is Daniel Defoe. Daniel Defoe was born in London in 1659. He was an English writer and journalist. He wrote more than 500 books, pamphlets, and journals on various topics. His political writing had brought him only troubles and increasing debts. Defoe turned to fiction writing. It brought him fate. His first novel was written in 1719 when Defoe was nearly 60 years old. It became one of the best known adventure stories in the world. That novel was about Robinson Crusoe – a story which still thrills readers today? More than 250 years later.

Robinson Crusoe brought Defoe great success. During his last years Defoe was a sick, lonely, old man. He died in 1917 at the age of 71, as alone and frightened as his hero, Robinson has been during his 28 years on a desert island.
