KYIV

The old and ancient city

Stands firm on Dnieper banks

Attracts so many people

Invites to visit them.

     It’s great and  perfect  temples

     Which sparkle on the hills

     Huge churches and cathedrals

     For everyone to see!

Love you  in every season,

In  morning or at night

It seems there is no reason

Not coming here once.

     Love- when chestnuts are blooming,

     Like candles in the trees,

     And everyone enjoying

     Their beauty along  streets.

Love monuments,  posh statues

Reminding for old times

Luxurious boulevards  and  frescoes,

Antiquity inside!

     And people who are fussing

     In subway,  love indeed,

     And heavy  traffic  passing

     By those, who can  meet.

Love new and  modern districts,

Skyscrapers in the yards

And numerous  museums

To any  taste at once!

     So, come and visit Kyiv

     It’s culture, perfect views

     It’s best of all, believe me
