PRINT ON CARDSTOCK.  Cut each piece out on the solid black lines (you will have five pieces when finished) and attach with brass fastener where indicated.  

Print this page on card stock and cut out on solid lines.  

Mountain fold back on dash lines. Add Wallet photos and info.

Copy as many pages as needed. Cut out pages for Phone/Address book on solid lines.

 Fold in half on dotted lines with text to the inside, and glue back of name section to back of picture section of previous page to make accordion book.  Glue all pages inside book cover.

Child can draw or insert a picture of each person in the box, and fill out info. Store in pocket.

Cut out as one piece. Mountain fold vertical dotted line. Cut flaps on solid lines. Then accordion fold gray dotted lines.  

Print on cardstock. Cut on solid lines around 3 mini books. (cut the double heart out as one

piece) Sign name inside.

My Helping Hands

Make a handshaped book:

On a piece of cardstock, trace around your left and right hands with fingers together. (like picture)  Do not cut the hands apart but make a book by folding between hands and cutting around the outside of the hands on 3 sides (leaving folded side uncut) 

On the outside write: My Helping Hands (can draw

lines of fingers in)

On the inside write how you give of yourself:

Chores in our home- load dishwasher, take out trash, pick up after myself Play with little sister Read to brother

Pet and feed our dog 

Help our neighbor

Write letters or make crafts for grandparents

This will be a memento of size of hands as well as record of the ways you help.

Pocket for Favorite Things cards. Print on white cardstock.

Score on dashed lines and fold back under. Attach to lapbook.

Fill out favorites on cards and cut out. Place in Favorites pocket.

Fill out favorites on cards and cut out. Place in Favorites pocket.  Sort by most favorite for an activity.

Print out on card stock. Color and decorate birthday cake. Use the number of candles for how old the child is. Suggest printing/writing that number on the front of cake. (if

6 years old make a large 6 on front of cake and color and add 6 candles.)
