You know quite a lot about our native country from your Geography and History lessons. But at our English lesson you’ll revise how to speak about Ukraine in English. During the lesson we must recognize all our knowledge about Ukraine and of cause know more interesting information about it. So the topic of the lesson is “Ukraine is our Motherland”.

 So­me motto of our today's lesson is "He, who loves not his country, can love nothing". These wonderful words belong to the great poet George Byron.

What mountains are there?( There  are the Carpathians Mountains with the highest peak  Hoverla in the west of the country and the Crimean Mountains with the highest peak Roman Kosh  in the south.)

What is Ukraine washed by? (The Black Sea washes the country in the south and the Sea of Azov washes it in  the south – east.)
