Тема гри: "The Royal Family Quiz"

Проведенню гри «Щасливий випадок» передує підготовча робота. Учитель заздалегідь оголошує тему гри: "Royal Family Quiz" і пропонує учням переглянути матеріали стосовно королівської родини. Питання гри розраховані не тільки на матеріал шкільної програми, а й на додаткові знання учнів за темою.

Право зустрітися зі щасливим випадком виборюватимуть 2 команди. Гра складається з 5 геймів.

І ГЕЙМ— РОЗМИНКА

Мета гейму — активізувати мовно-розумову діяльність учнів. Команди отримують по 3 запитання. На обдумування — ЗО секунд. За правильну відповідь — 1 бал.

Ш ГЕЙМ — ЩО ЛЮБИТЬ ТА НЕ ЛЮБИТЬ КОРОЛЕВА Мета гейму - розвивати уміння використовувати самостійно набуті знання. Кожна команда отримує «Чарівний кошик» з картками, на яких записано, що любить, та що не любить королева. Протягом 3 хвилин одна команда повинна відібрати та прикріпити на плакаті картки з уподобаннями королеви, а друга команда - картки з назвами того, що не подобається королеві. Картки не повинні співпадати. За правильне виконання завдання команда отримує 3 бали.

Мета гейму » розвиток лексичної компетенції учнів, умінь логічно мислити. Учням пропонується знайти в кросворді назви 7 предметів, котрі королева бере з собою у подорож. На плакаті написані тлумачення цих слів. Командам дається по З хвилини на формулювання визначення та знаходження цих слів.

V ГЕЙМ - ГЕНЕАЛОГІЧНЕ ДЕРЕВО КОРОЛІВСЬКОЇ РОДИНИ

Мета гейму вдосконалення мовленнєвих умінь, розширення соціокультурної компетенції учнів. На таблиці зображене родинне дерево англійської королівської родини з переліком імен та років життя. Командам роздаються портрети членів королівської родини. Потрібно доповнити родинне дерево фотокартками.
