In the search of love ( Valentine's Day)

Valentine’s quest “ In the search of love”

Aims: to repeat vocabulary;

            to develope collaboration,

             to develope   creativity,

              to develope critical thinking,

              to develope communication

Equipment: red and blue felt-tip pens, tasks

                                         Instruction

1. Two teams : “Red hats”  and “Blue hats”( children can choose their own names of teams)
2. There are 6 stations for each team. Each team goes to its own way.
3. Tasks: 1. Find your station.

2. Do the task. The jury ( older students) check the answers and put points. Each team must receive as many points as they can.
3. Additional task is to take pictures with the task :”I love……

4. After doing the task, children receive the envelope with the riddle of the next station.

Presidents of each class gather together there(the third floor)- Valentine’s cryptograms

You play tennis there( a hall)- True or false

There are many small children there at the age of 6 to 10( the ground floor)- WordSearch

The heart of medicine in our school ( a nurse’s lab)- Question time

There are many globes, maps in this classroom- Quiz show

( Geography lab)

Нотатки:

Як правильно організувати квест: перший конверт з загадкою  про станцію віддає вчитель, а наступні на станції. Пронумеруйте  конверти з загадками,вказавши перший конверт з загадкою про станцію як перший, а номер  2 віддайте на першу станцію і так далі.

Висновки: під час квесту учні повторюютьть лексику, працюють  у команді і виконують творчі завдання. В результаті ви отримаєте ще й фото для звітності.
