I. Introduction
1) Greeting
T: Hello everybody. I’m very glad to see you. I hope you are in a good mood. I think you see that we have guests today. I hope our guests will enjoy our company. We’ll have a wonderful time together. Let’s begin our lesson.
2) Aim
T: I hope you’ll easily guess the topic of our today’s lesson. Look at the pictures on the blackboard. The first letters of these words make the topic of the lesson.

3) Now we are going to speak about healthy and unhealthy food. It is very important to know which food is good for you and which is not so good; you will learn about food which makes you strong, helps to grow and gives you energy. Also we’ll repeat everything what we’ve learnt before. We need to reading and speaking skills, listen and write. At the end of the lesson you have to give the answers to the question “Why do the people need healthy food?”
OK, and now let’s start working.

T: But first of all I would like to check our homework. You had to make a project what kind of food do you like eating.

II. Main part
T: I have a basket. You have to put some food into the basket but what food-you have to guess. Take the envelope and guess the riddles about food.

T: As you know all nouns are divided into 2 groups: countable and uncountable. Countable nouns we can count, uncountable nouns we can’t count.
T: There is so much food in our shop. Help me please to do shopping. I have 2 bags and you must put things from shop shelves into correct bag.

5) Reading
Healthy food is tasty and good for you. You need it to grow and feel good. You can find grains in bread and rice. Milk, cheese and yogurt are also important. These will give you strong bones. Meat, egg, fish and nuts give you protein. Fruit and vegetables are good to eat. Eat as many as you can every day. Chips and cookies are tasty, but eat only some at a time. When you eat healthy food, your body will thank you!
