Конспект уроку №3 з англійської мови в 9 класі на тему "Захист навколишнього середовища"

Тема.  Environmental Protection.

Мета: систематизувати лексичний матеріал по темі;

            активізувати вживання граматичних структур;

           розвивати навички усного мовлення на базі засвоєного матеріалу, вдосконалювати навички  аудіювання;

          виховувати дбайливе ставлення природи та її багатств.

Обладнання: «біла дошка», картини з журналів.

                                                                  Хід уроку

І.Підготовка до сприйняття іншомовного мовлення.

                       1.Повідомлення теми та мети уроку.

                       2.Введення в іншомовну атмосферу.

Сut some pictures from a magazine into 2 puzzle pieces. Give each student a piece of a picture and ask him/her to find the other piece. When students have found both pieces, give them a few minutes  to think it over and ask  them to describe their pictures to the class. Try to choose photos of picturesque sites of nature. Then ask your students what we must do to preserve the beauty of our planet and announce the topic of the lesson.

ІІ. Основна частина уроку.

   1.Опрацювання вивченої лексики.

       a) Use the words and phrases to label the pictures.

      *water pollution* rubbish* destroying the rainforest* air pollution*endangered species*

b) what should we do about the environmental problems listed in 1a? Match prompts in box A(1-5) to those in Box B (a-e), as in the  example.

ІІ. Опрацювання діалогу.

John: Look at the beach! How awful!

Mary: Oh, what a shame! I was looking forward to a day by the sea.

Kate: It looks like the rest of the world had the same idea- look at all that rubbish!

Mary: It’s disgusting. People shouldn’t leave  their rubbish  behind. They should take it home in a bag.

John: Yes, or the council should provide bins.

Kate: I know! Let’s get some  rubbish bags from the supermarket and clean this lot up.

John: Oh, do we have to?

Kate: No, we don’t have to, but I think we should.

Mary: That’s right. You know what they say – if you’re not a part of the solution, then you’re of the problem.

1). Дібрати синоніми  до слів:

2). Дібрати антоніми.

          To grow (to cut down)

          To die – (to survive)

          To appear – (to disappear)

          To destroy – (to create)

          To pollute – (to clean, purify)
