Конспект уроку №6 з англійської мови в 9 класі на тему "Захист навколишнього середовища"

Тема. Ukraine is my native country.

Мета: навчити учнів висловлювати свою думку, практикувати навички граматики, а саме,  модальні дієслова  must, mustn’t, розвивати навички говоріння, сприяти розширенню словникового запасу учнів.

Обладнання: «біла дошка», «Кобзар» Т.Г.Шевченка, картини із зображенням української природи.

                                                            Хід уроку

І. Підготовка до сприйняття іншомовного середовища.

            1.Оголошення теми та мети уроку.

T: The general theme of today’s lesson is “Ukraine Is My Native Country” but we are going to speak about our nature and environment. Then we’ll read the text “The Environmental Protection”, translate it. We’ll work in groups, retell the story, make up dialogues and write a composition at last.

The motto of our lesson is “As You Sow You Shall Mow”. Let’s read and translate this motto.  We live in a beautiful country which is called Ukraine. We all love our country: its traditions, customs, gardens, fields, forests…

            2. Уведення в іншомовну лексику.

T:As far as I know.  Nadia went to Kharkiv to our grandparents, Kate visited her uncle  in Mykolaiv, Askania-Nova, Ira went to the Carpathian mountains to  Ivano-Frankivsk region. Bohdan went to Poltava to Chyhyryn.

ІІ. Основна частина.

                 1.Обмін інформацією-враженнями про відвідання міст України.

Let me introduce myself. I am Kate. During my holidays. I went to Mykolaiv. I visited the most  wonderful place in the Word – Ascania – Nova – Ukrainian National Nature Reserve. It is a steppe oasis – “a small paradise”.

There are hundreds of species of plants to be found there, 85 of which are considered to be rare and 12 have entered the Red Book of Endangered Species. In spring the vast plains of the Reserve are covered with blooming yellow “Scythian tulips”. Ascania – Nova is the shelter for many animals which have entered the Red Book of Endangered Species and are under the protection of the state. Wandering through Ascania, one can see hunting foxes, easily-frightened hares, graceful grazing deer, ground squirrels enjoying the warm sun. The animals seem to know that they are protected and that no harm or menace should be expected from a man. There are several species of snakes and over 2,000 species of birds.

My name is Bohdan. Last month I with my family visited Poltava,  Chyhyryn . I saw Bohdan Khmelnitckiy Museum, Monument to Bohdan  Khmelnitckiy.

2.Гра

“An interactive game “Microphone”.

T: Let’s have an interactive game “Microphone”. Look at the board, please. We can see pictures with sights of many Ukrainian cities: Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Ivano-Frankivsk.

3. Опис картин із зображенням української природи.

T: I see you love Ukraine very much. And I agree with Byron’s words which are written on the board:”He Who Loves Not His Country Can Love Nothing”.

Do you agree with Byron’s words?  Let’s describe pictures with sights  of Ukrainian nature.

S 1. Of course, I love my country. The vegetable gardens  are filled with red peppers, tomatoes, beans, carrots and cucumbers. The flower gardens are filled with flowers of different types, sizes and  colours…

S2. Our country is such a wonderful place! If we do not take care of it we are going to lose it. The air is so fresh in our forests. Where I live the forests are so beautiful and full of life that I love to go there every day.

T. Students,  do you know that Ukrainian poet Taras Shevchenko loved Ukraine and its nature very much? He wrote a poem “Beside The Hut The Cherries Are In Bloom”. Let’s read it. Look at the board, please!

4.Робота з віршем Тараса Шевченка «Садок вишневий коло хати».

Садок вишневий коло хати,

Хрущі над  вишнями гудуть,

Плугатарі з плугами йдуть,

Співають ідучи дівчата,

А матері вечерять ждуть.

 

Сім’я вечеря коло хати,

Вечірня зіронька встає.

Дочка вечерять подає,

А мати хоче научати,

Так соловейко не дає.

 

Поклала мати коло хати,

Маленьких діточок своїх;

Сама заснула коло їх.

Затихло все, тілько дівчата

Та соловейко не затих.

 

Beside the hut the cherries are in bloom,

And May bugs o’er them dance… The peasants from

The fields return with weary sep… It’s late…

The young maids as they go sing songs… At home

The tables have been laid, and supper waits.

 

A family at table sit without…

Dusk slowly comes, the evening stars are out.

The daughter serves, but seems to take too long;

The mother is impatient and about

To scold, when lo! – a bird bursts into song.

 

The darkness cloaks  the heavens overhead…

Beside the hut her little ones to bed

The mother puts, and then, afraid that they’ll

Not sleep, lies down nearby…

The world seems dead;

All’s still save for the maids and nightingale.
