УРОК ДЛЯ 5-го КЛАСУ НА ТЕМУ

 « WEATHER. CLOTHES .»

Мета:

• навчальна:

• активізувати лексичний матеріал у мовленні з теми «Одяг, погода»;
• повторити, опрацювати та ввести в активний словник учнів фактичну лексику з теми «Одяг» на рівні фраз і висловлювань;
• формувати мовну компетенцію учнів;
• удосконалювати навички аудіювання, читання, діалогічного та монологічного мовлення;
• повторити вживання граматичної структури I’m going to wear…

• розвивальна:

• розвивати уміння і навички самостійної роботи;
• розвивати інтелектуальні та пізнавальні здібності;
• розвивати різні типи пам»яті – слухову, зорову, оперативну, тривалу, увагу, уяву;

• виховна:

• виховувати толерантне ставлення до однокласників, уміння працювати в парі та групі;
• виховувати культуру співбесіди, зацікавленість у розширенні своїх знань, загальну культуру учнів;
• викликати в дітей бажання вчитися та вивчати іноземну мову.

Тип уроку: засвоєння нових знань.

Обладнання: предметні малюнки, презентація, проектор, ноутбук, екран,  підручник, дошка.

ХІД УРОКУ

І. ПІДГОТОВКА ДО СПРИЙНЯТТЯ ІНШОМОВНОГО МОВЛЕННЯ.

1) Привітання

T: - Good morning, dear students! I am glad to see you. Let’s start our lesson.

II.  Підготовка   до  іншомовного  мовлення.

What is the weather like today?

2)  Brainstorming (Мозковий штурм).

Look at the pictures, you can see speech bubbles there. Think of what these people can say or what are they thinking about.

1. What should I wear? ( she is thinking about the weather probably and she is trying to pick up something from her wardrobe)
2. I feel hot ( We can see the sun, it’s too hot outside. The man is dreaming about some cold lemonade.)
3. What about the last one? What do you think.
4. I’m freezing. It’s so cold outside.( the girl is thinking what she can wear today).

ІІ. ПОВІДОМЛЕННЯ ТЕМИ ТА МЕТИ УРОКУ. МОТИВАЦІЯ НАВЧАЛЬНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ.

Т:First of all we’ll write today’s date and topic. What is the topic today?  Children, today we are going to speak on the topic “ Weather and Clothes”as much as possible and memories the new words. Today  we’ll  speak  about  seasons  and  match  the  different  clothes  in  different  seasons. We are going to do a lot of different things. So, let’s start the main part of our lesson!

ІІІ. ОСНОВНА ЧАСТИНА УРОКУ.

1. Актуалізація опорних знань.

          Читання тексту про погоду в Британії.

T: Now, there is a little text and some words are missing. Instead of words we have little pictures. It is a good activity to revise the weather vocabulary.

So, there are four seasons in a year winter, spring, summer, autumn.

It is frosty and snowy in winter.

It is warm and windy in spring.

It is wet and rainy in autumn.

It is hot and sunny in summer.

2. Мозковий штурм

There is no such thing as bad weather , just a bad choice of clothes.

What does it mean? You can use English or Ukrainian to explain it.( Нема поганої погоди, є поганий вибір одягу. Навіть якщо погода погана і дощитиме, але у нас є дуже гарна парасолька або гарне пальто або плащ- поганої погоди не існує).

2) Введення нової лексики.

It’s time to learn some vocabulary or to revise some vocabulary because you know a lot.

3. Learning apps

We usually wear ………… in summer ( winter, autumn, spring)

4. Аудіювання. Listening.

First , look at each of the 12 pictures on your worksheet. Then, listen to the man as he describes what each person is wearing. Write a number next to the correct person after each description. Are you ready? Let’s begin. ( Учні пишуть номер тексту поруч із малюнком)

5. Читання. Read and match.

When we are thinking of what to wear we can use I am going to wear. ( Я збираюся щось вдягти).

1-c, 2-e,3-a,4-b,5-d.

6. Гра”Pack the luggage”

I have a magic suitcase. Let’s look what have I got?

I have got an umbrella, a hat, a coat, boots. How do you think where should I go?

Збираємось у подорож. У нас є 4 дівчинки , які збираються у подорож до різних міст. В цих містах різна погода. Дівчата переглянули прогноз погоди і їм необхідно зібрати валізу.

Choose the card what country would you go.

Hello! My name is___________________. It’s ________ now. The weather is________________. I am going to__________________ I’m wearing_____________.

ІV. ЗАКЛЮЧНА ЧАСТИНА УРОКУ.

1. Домашнє завдання вивчити слова з теми “Одяг” на сайті  “ quizlet “. Написати  дві  розповіді  про  свій  одяг  влітку  та  восени.
2. Виставлення оцінок .
3. Підбиття підсумків уроку

T: We are coming to the end of the lesson. I am pleased with your work. I am happy to say we have done a good bit of work today. You get good marks. The lesson is over. See you next time. Good bye!

7. Гра “ What is missing?”( Чого не вистачає? Учням пропонується малюнок, на якому зображені предмети одягу. Потім з малюнка зникає один предмет . Задача учнів- назвати предмет, який зник.)

It’s time to have a little practice. Look at the words for one minute and try to guess what is missing.

8. Гра” Who has? I have.”

Now we’ll practice a little bit more.. We’ll work with the words and we’ll have a game

” Who has? I have.” It’s very easy .I have a set of different cards and all we have to do is to ask who has? And answer I have.

9. Говоріння. Pack the luggage.

In groups  write what are you going to wear in the situations :

1) You are going to the beach

2) You are going to climb up the mountains

3) You are going to visit Sydney

4) You are going to visit Lviv

                                                    I am   going  to  wear …  to….

1)       In pairs read the situations and choose the clothes yon  are going to wear.

     1) You are going to the beach with your parents: a swimsuit, a pair of shoes, flip-flops, sandals, shorts, a T-shirt, a pair of Bermuda shorts, a pair of trousers, a baseball cap, a panama, a straw hat.

2. Your friend is going to climb up the mountains:  flip-flops, a T-shirt, a swimsuit, shorts, a pair of jeans,  sneakers, boots with socks, sandals, a windbreaker, a  sweatshirt with sweatpants.
3. You are going to the playground: leggings, T-shirts,  your school uniform, the best dress you have got, a white  shirt, a tie, high heels, a swimsuit, a mini-skirt, sandals,    flip-flops, a cap.

                                                  I am   going  to  wear …  to….

In pairs read what the children are wearing and say  what they mustn't wear in the situation and what they must  wear instead:

1. It's July. The weather is hot and sunny. The kids are  on the beach. Svieta is wearing her swimsuit, but Denis is  wearing his black trousers and a white shirt. He is playing  football wearing them.
2. It's autumn. It's October and it's cold and rainy.  Children are running to school. Some are wearing coats  or raincoats. They are wearing scarves and hats. Julia isn't  wearing her coat. She is wearing her Bermuda shorts and  a T-shirt. She isn't wearing any hat.
3. It's cold and windy, because it's late November. Winter is coming. Children are utdoors. Some are  wearing their winter coats and gloves, some are  wearing parkas, scarves and mittens. Almost all are  wearing hats. Alexandra isn't wearing a hat and her hair is wet. She's wearing a jacket and a mini-skirt. She is freezing.

10.               Гра” Dress the Doll”

( Учні діляться на 4 команди згідно пор року та отримують ляльку з набором одягу.

Кожна команда одягає ляльку відповідно до пори року.)

Now we divide into 4 groups. I have lego blocks . Choose the colour you like ( summer is red, autumn is yellow, spring is green and winter is blue).

  You have to wear the girl for four seasons of the year. Choose the right clothes for the girl. What is she  wearing in summer( autumn, spring and winter).

(вчитель питає учня, учень відповідає, а потім вчитель викликає іншого учня, щоб повторив сказане, але вже від третьої особи).

11. Перевірка домашнього завдання. Вправа 5, сторінка 37 (підручник: Несвіт А.М. Англійська мова: підруч. для 5-го кл. загальноосвіт. навч. закл. – К.: Генеза, 2013. – 224с.).
12. Аудіювання. Гра “Dress the Doll”

(Діти діляться на команди та отримують дві ляльки з набором одягу. Потім слухають опис кожної ляльки та одягають її згідно опису).

1. The girl is wearing a purple T-shirt and a pink skirt. She is wearing yellow socks and red shoes too.

2. The boy is wearing a red T-shirt, blue trousers and a pink cap. He is wearing pink socks and green boots too.

14. Вправа 3,4, сторінка 40-41 (підручник: Несвіт А.М. Англійська мова: підруч. для 5-го кл. загальноосвіт. навч. закл. – К.: Генеза, 2013. – 224с.).
15. Гра “The washing line game”

(Поділити учнів на команди. Прикріпити на дошці дві мотузки або попросити представників команд потримати кінці мотузки та натягнути її. На партах біля мотузок кожної з команд лежить розкладений набір різного одягу з паперу зі скріпками. Команди стоять у кінці класу. Учитель називає предмет одягу, представники команд шукають цей одяг та вішають на мотузку. Команда, яка першою правильно повісить елемент одягу, отримує додатковий бал).

 Red shoes, blue socks, green cap, blue boots, red dress, brown shorts, green skirt, purple T-shirt, red coat, red sweater, blue trousers, yellow shirt.

17. Читання Гра “Matching”

(Учні отримують картки  із завданням, в якому потрібно прочитати назву одягу та обвести правильний варіант, відповідно до малюнка).

18. Письмо

(Учні отримують картки 5 із завданням, в якому потрібно доповнити речення відповідно до малюнка).

ІV. ЗАКЛЮЧНА ЧАСТИНА УРОКУ.

7. Домашнє завдання написати 6 речень про те, що ти носиш кожного дня.
8. Виставлення оцінок (Діти підраховують свої «смайлики»).
9. Підбиття підсумків уроку
